The owner has not had the salon for long and she often is in the salons herself giving treatments. I first noticed the salon when it arrived because of its strange 3-D pebble flooring ( spa detailing I suppose!) and its huge snowball chandelier in the reception -very strange on Bethnal Green Road!! However I never thought to venture in. It was only recently that I was in need of a little TLC and this place was recommended. I fast found that many of my friends were choosing here and were in fact regular customers. They offer full nail bar which is more pricey -and have a nice selection of colours also to buy -However selling only very high end and very, very expensive varnishs . If its a waxing or tinting treatments you are looking for ,though this place is very affordable. Considering this is "looking good" pampering rather than "health" pampering - leg waxings cost as little as £14.00 and eyebrow tintings £6.00 -I got so carried away that I actually even did my eyelashes which frankly was a bit pointless since you need some decent lashes to begin with -- They offer full body massages and scrubs which is justifiably "health pampering " however at prices of in the region of £95.00 - my wallet at present does not include "wealth pampering " - for now at least ......

This is certainly what I call customer service! Plus the cheapest bikini waxes in town, change from a tenner for a regular although a Brazilian may be more expensive. No St. Tropez booth here though for an all over fake tan, try Roman Road instead for a human once over head to foot, or the Tanning Shop in a Liverpool Street for a robotic hose down. Ok, where to start. Sorry I cant upload pictures here, I…read morewould like to show everyone what I got after waxing at Shumailas Leytonstone. From the beginning: I had full legs and bikini sides waxing, everything as usual, just after waxing I had to point my self areas on my legs that was still with hairs. My hair is quite light in color so its not a big deal. Next day morning I woke up with very bad rash. Very bad. I went straight away to Shumailas salon (by the way they should open at 9 am, but actually opened only at 10am) and showed my leg for receptionist and even she was scared when saw it. She told me I'm not the first coming with similar issues, but waxing lady is professional and etc. They couldn't offer my anything (even refund), but i got the management number, I called them to inform about the situation. It took 2 weeks to get a call from Shumailas with some offer, they only could offer me a refund, no other compensation... As well offered Shumailas voucher, but I'm not coming back there ever in my life for sure. I told them I gonna write reviews and rate them with low stars everywhere, but they didn't care too much I guess. Then the same day I went to GP as i was really scared (never had anything similar in my life), doctor told me it infection! I got to take antibiotics for two weeks, exactly fr how long my holidays were... So my leg looked like very very bad, i only wanted to hide it, but i could wear any trousers on the rash, so imagine how fun my holidays were: no trousers, cant hide it, no suntanning, no swimming in lake or sea, no alkohol (because of antibiotics). I had many waxings in many different salons, even at home, but never experienced anything like this. Wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there, as it seems I'm not the first coming with similar problems. And if they could have offered even small compensation, I wouldn't be writing any of this, because I would understand that they care about customers at least, but they don't...

The location is perfect, in the heart of Shoreditch, and the walk through the lively and historic Brick Lane neighborhood is a delight before or after your treatment. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed into a calm, stylish space where water and tea are offered, and only whispering voices are heard. The atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. Whether you want a social manicure or pedicure in one of the relaxing armchairs on the ground floor, complete with an entertainment tablet and even a glass of bubbly, or you prefer peace and tranquillity with a facial or massage in the quiet treatment rooms downstairs, the Shoreditch Spa caters beautifully to both experiences. I have personally enjoyed several treatments here, and I highly recommend requesting Myriam or Timandra. Timandra provided me with a manicure and pedicure using the electric foot file, and the results were flawless--my hands and feet felt renewed, cared for, and polished to perfection. On another visit, Myriam delivered an exceptional Swedish massage. She worked with precision and great depth, easing a stubborn knot in my right shoulder. As someone with double knee and hip replacements, and scar tissue, I was impressed by how attentive and on target she was, tailoring the massage to my exact needs while still ensuring full relaxation. The spa offers a wide range of treatments for both men and women, using only high-quality products such as Dermalogica, Aromatherapy Associates, and OPI. They are also proud to offer the HydraFacial experience, ensuring there is something for everyone, whether your goal is relaxation, rejuvenation, or results-driven skincare. The therapists are true professionals, trained to the highest standards, and they take the time to provide personalised treatments that feel indulgent and restorative. Pricing is in line with other quality London spas, and for the level of service and expertise you receive, it represents excellent value. The building itself is stylish and welcoming, and every detail--from booking to treatment to leaving--flows smoothly and professionally. The Shoreditch Spa is more than just a place to pamper yourself; it is a sanctuary in the heart of East London. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Book your appointment today, and when you do, ask for Myriam or Timandra to ensure an extraordinary experience.

Recently, she was away and Yadilene did my facial and I also fell in love with her! Her massage basically sent me to sleep as did my pedicure (I was clearly exhausted already) so I left feeling the most relaxed I've felt in months! I also really appreciate Yadilene educating me a bit about what I need for my skin. They're all such a lovely bunch, even the receptionist Maricela! Highly recommend the spa, but especially Danute & Yadilene. Thank you ladies!
