In my time of need when I was hurt in a work related accident this team came together to help me in the legal, medical, and, in many ways, the psychological aspects of my troubles. After I reached out to this law firm, Robert Hoover personally came to my home, and through counsel, executed with honesty and integrity, gave me insight and understanding into all the aspects of what I was dealing with. They were accommodating to my needs and schedule, and gave me comfort in a time uncertainty when life threw me a curve ball. When life gives you lemons, these folks have the tools and know how to make lemonade. Also, they have dogs and bring them to work! Every occasion that I went into their office I was warmly greeted by loving animals and their reflections; the wonderful people who care for and have the capacity and morality to be surrounded by that unconditional love. Nothing in life is a certain, but the fact that this law firm will do everything they can to help, is. My experience has been such. My friends, I am grateful.

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this law office. After being…read moreadvised by both the attorney and a representative named Ms. Ritter to call back with important updates related to my case, I followed instructions -- only to be abruptly hung up on by a paralegal named Molly. What troubled me most was that she made a firm declaration that the attorney did not wish to represent me -- without first reviewing or receiving the new information I was specifically told to provide. This kind of presumptive and dismissive behavior from support staff is not only unprofessional, but deeply unsettling when you're attempting to communicate sensitive and time-critical legal matters. I now have serious concerns about the professionalism, communication protocols, and handling of potentially non-privileged information within this office. I expected better from a legal team entrusted to handle serious matters with diligence and respect.

I'd recommend this attorney to anyone who is struggling with a disability insurance claim. And…read morelet's be honest, that's anyone that is applying for disability from an insurance company. Were it not for the efforts of Patricia and her team, I would just be out of luck. I suffer from a progressive muscle disease that has over the course of 33 years put me in a position where I can no longer walk without a high chance of falling over and breaking something. I definitely couldn't get up on my own even if nothing was broken. Handicap stalls are useless to me unless I have someone to pick me up from the toilet. Even if I was always using a wheelchair, my upper body strength in some cases is insufficient to fight even gravity. My company was unable to accommodate my condition, and as such I was terminated after a year on leave. My company's disability insurance carrier was unclear about the exact nature of the information they required for a long term disability claim, and so they ended up denying my claim. It wasn't until I consulted with Patricia that I learned exactly what was needed. With her guidance, the necessary evidence was gathered and confirmed by medical experts. She crafted a few well supported letters to the insurer, a couple videos of my physical state, and the denial was reversed. Overall a good experience. Patricia and her staff are friendly and professional. They've been dealing with insurers for years. Their experience is the difference between being approved or denied, even if you think you're a shoo-in for receiving benefits.
