After 9 month Mr. Weseman sent us a letter stating he could no longer represent us because of "personal reasons." However he waited until the day after all of the background checks expired and could no longer be used to send the letter. When he had been sitting on all the information for almost 6 weeks. If he really did have personal reasons (I think/believe it was he just didn't want to do the work he agreed to do for the fee paid by the legal coverage company) and he had contacted us in a timely manner we could have found someone else to file the final paperwork and had this taken care of. He in fact may be an excellent lawyer. Here is my angst regarding Mr. Weseman: he volunteered his legal services through the Legal Access Plan. As an employee with this benefit, I was connected to Mr. Weseman. My former attorney (whom I worked with for a number of years) retired, hence my need for current legal council. Mr. Weseman did not provide a reason for declining my case, other than that he could not provide his services. Why did he sign on to work with the Legal Access? I feel that I wasted my time and am disappointed with my transaction with Mark Weseman. My only advice as a customer: get off the network if you don't want to work with client's referred to you through said network!!
