A LOSING CASE FROM THE GET GO…read more I still couldn't believe I was dealing with a lawyer today from the rudeness and disrespect I have received. I had to take time off from work for an appointment with Randy at 1pm. I waited for about 30 minutes while I had been trying to reach him through his secretary. I got a voice mail at around 2pm saying that he's been around and no one answers the door so he left... funny I was waiting right outside of my apartment! I asked him why he didn't call me when he got to the door, he said he forgot to bring my number. I told him I have been trying to ask his secretary to reach him and had been trying to call him back multiple times after he finally called me back. Not only there wasn't any intention to apologize, he dropped the bomb, "Let me tell you two things. First, my phone has not been working for the past weeks. I have not been getting phone calls from people - it happens. Second, don't be angry, get another lawyer!" Beep. He hanged up. I am VERY glad I don't have to deal with these guys. What happened today only shows two things: First, this lawyer is incapable to communicate in even a simple meet-up, which can be concerning when I try to win a case. Second, he doesn't really care to take my case. Bottom line, have some respect to a potential clients or even just a stranger. To the audience, it's not like you need to work with a lawyer all the time, however when you do, stay away from them.

Gerald Sloat recently represented me in a car accident case. I was completely overwhelmed by the…read moreresulting concussion, and he (and all the staff) could not have been more helpful. He walked me through ALL of my options - including tips on how to represent myself if that is what I wanted. There are truly no words to describe what it's like to have an amazing advocate, especially when you are injured and confused. Jerry's focus was on helping me to heal, and taking the stress, anxiety and burden of dealing with the driver's insurance company off of me. I can honestly say that Jerry is a truly caring human being, whose top concern is for client healing. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this law office. After being…read moreadvised by both the attorney and a representative named Ms. Ritter to call back with important updates related to my case, I followed instructions -- only to be abruptly hung up on by a paralegal named Molly. What troubled me most was that she made a firm declaration that the attorney did not wish to represent me -- without first reviewing or receiving the new information I was specifically told to provide. This kind of presumptive and dismissive behavior from support staff is not only unprofessional, but deeply unsettling when you're attempting to communicate sensitive and time-critical legal matters. I now have serious concerns about the professionalism, communication protocols, and handling of potentially non-privileged information within this office. I expected better from a legal team entrusted to handle serious matters with diligence and respect.

I am writing this review of Stefanie Selden because she and her firm showed the utmost competence,…read moreperseverance, knowledge, and attention to detail throughout my settlement from a motor vehicle accident. My mother and I were injured in a crash that was the fault of the other party. Initially we sought coverage for medical bills from our own car insurance company, which did not want to pay despite our contract with them. Selden showed thorough understanding of how to deal with large insurance companies and had the diligence to follow through with their requests while at the same time applying pressure. She got for me and my mother better coverage for medical bills from our own insurer. Because we both had lasting injuries from the accident we also settled with the other driver's insurance company. Selden was extremely competent throughout this multiyear process, guiding me through discovery, depositions, and eventually mediation. Leading up to each meeting with the insurance company's legal team, she demonstrated in depth competence and understanding of the process and guided me, as well. Not only does she know the law very well, she also understands juries, especially Boulder juries, and she has a keen understanding of how to present a case. Throughout the whole process, Selden law was always professional, polite, trustworthy, and extremely competent. Not a month went by that I didn't feel grateful for their perseverance and expertise. I could never have handled these big insurance companies on my own. Working with Selden made everything much less stressful for me, and in the end, I got a great result: a settlement for future medical costs and pain and suffering without having to go to trial.
