The at-fault insurance company should have totaled my car but instead attempted repairs at one of their in-network shops. After driving it less than 1,000 miles, a tire wore down to the cables on the side where the accident occurred. Sean and Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly. Huge thanks as well to Casey, Patricia, and John for all their behind-the-scenes work. I highly recommend Denver Personal Injury Lawyers.

Suddenly, from out of nowhere, there is a Jaguar heading directly towards me the wrong way, in my lane. It was looking like a head-on accident was about to happen for sure, but I had 1-2 seconds to react. I turned the wheel to the right away from the oncoming vehicle, which impacted me starting with the drivers side door, and tore up that side of the our 2021 Jeep Gladiator, so badly that part the axel, with the wheel and tire were never found. What do you do when something like this happens to you? My wife was hit pretty badly by a drunk driver years ago. She said I needed a lawyer. After doing some research, I landed on Denver Personal Injury Lawyers. I found Jason (paralegal) and Sean (lawyer) to be very professional, knowledgeable and strategic about handling my case. I was very pleased with how they brought it to conclusion with satisfactory compensation to address the pain and suffering I had to endure, as a result. Along the way, I heard many good comments about them, as well, from several other people. You can't go wrong with Denver Personal Injury Lawyers! I highly recommend them.

Attorney Durkin demonstrated the kind of professionalism rarely found in this arena. He was matter of fact yet compassionate. No nonsense but understanding. Matthew kept his professional demeanor while doggedly pursuing just compensation for me given my injuries. This case evolved over nearly three years of give and take negotiations marked by less than good faith efforts from the other side. Throughout the process, Matthew kept me informed with any developments in real time. Matthew negotiated tirelessly and with remarkable patience to arrive at a negotiated settlement that was a number just about in the middle of what the opposition was offering and what Matthew hoped to achieve for me. The paralegal, Liz; the secretaries and other staffers with whom I interacted on the phone or at the office were attentive, cordial, pleasant and understanding throughout the nearly three year process. Matthew reduced his fee to maximize the amount I received after all obligations were fulfilled. I highly recommend Fuicelli and Lee and in particular, Matthew Durkin, as the best representatives should anyone need a fierce advocate to seek fair compensation following an injury.

He forced me into a meager settlement although our case was rock solid and had a dream team of expert witnesses. The judge had awarded punitive damages, which I had been told was a huge win, but then that was retracted and I was told it was not a big deal. I believe he was in cahoots with the defense attorneys, he was unwilling to point out that their key piece of evidence was fraudulent even though we had certified data proving it was. I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. I've observed that the people most impacted by mold exposure are the ones whose denial of the issue runs deep. It's like they are owned by the fungi. I'm certain if Mr. Fuicelli had the critical thinking skills required to make this realization, his lab results would show that his exposure is off the charts. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

In my time of need when I was hurt in a work related accident this team came together to help me in the legal, medical, and, in many ways, the psychological aspects of my troubles. After I reached out to this law firm, Robert Hoover personally came to my home, and through counsel, executed with honesty and integrity, gave me insight and understanding into all the aspects of what I was dealing with. They were accommodating to my needs and schedule, and gave me comfort in a time uncertainty when life threw me a curve ball. When I returned to work after my first surgery, my company put me on a performance improvement plan without regard for me healing from surgery and knowing that I had another surgery coming up. I was distraught, knowing there was likely no way I could make the aggressive deadlines I was given due to my physical condition. I'm so naive, I literally Googled "what to do if your company is trying to fire you due to a condition caused by your job" and of course Worker's Comp came up. I reached out to a few attorneys in the area. One only returned my call after I followed up, and even then, it was a paralegal who told me that they are so busy, they don't really do carpal tunnel work unless you want to pay for it yourself. And of course, I already realized that I wouldn't earn anyone much money since I hadn't lost a limb nor am I permanently disabled. I began researching what to do on my own. Do I file with the state or tell my company first or what? Then I received a return call from Mr. Morrell. He confirmed what the other practice told me, but he also answered my questions and gave me free advice on how to proceed with my company and the state. I literally used his words when I reached out to my HR department. And it protected me from being unfairly fired! If I ever have a more serious worker's comp case or know anyone who does, I will definitely send them to Britton Morrell at Kaplan Morrell. He was kind, patient, and thorough. I was the victim of a vicious dog attack by a German Shepherd and its negligent owner. The dog tore the skin from my forearm, requiring immediate reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. In the months that followed, I endured significant pain and hardship. I had to travel 30 minutes to an hour each week for specialized medical care, including ongoing wound treatment and dressing changes. The attack not only caused physical suffering, but also led to lasting financial strain. I was unable to return to work and was ultimately forced into early retirement at a reduced income. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure how I could afford legal help, Dustin Gatson at Bowman Law stepped in and took my case on a contingency basis--meaning he would only be paid if we won. From the very beginning, Dustin worked tirelessly on my behalf. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly checked in on my well-being, and never gave up on me or my case. Because of Dustin's dedication and persistence, the hotel was held accountable. The settlement he secured has helped ease my financial burden and restored a sense of hope for my future--and for humanity. I am deeply grateful for Dustin's support and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a compassionate, committed, and effective attorney. Thank you, Dustin.
