Even the smallest details were handled expertly, such as having a second groom's boutonniere ready for the ceremony as we had chosen a fragile flower that wouldn't hold up through all the pre-ceremony pictures. I looked on line for a flower shop close to her with good reviews. I did not go over the reviews which I normally do because I didn't have the time and needed to purchase flowers as soon as possible. I went onto their website and found some thing I think she would've liked and made the purchase for delivery the next day. I received a confirmation email and everything and I was excited that I took care of it! The next day I called to confirm the order, since I ordered after hours. The phone went straight to voicemail, which I thought was really strange. I looked on the website again to confirm the hours and days open and they should have picked up the phone. So then I start to stress a little bit but I was hopeful that they would call me back in the next couple of hours. I tried calling them three other times that day and the phone kept going straight to voicemail. I even went through their website and emailed them and not once was I contacted and my best friend never received her flowers but my credit card was conveniently charged for the service. This is absolutely insane! Are you out of business? If you are take your website down and stop taking peoples money! I still haven't received a call back or an email back and my friend still is not received her flowers. It was extremely important for me to get her flowers the next day, and the website said next day delivery and I pick the date and it never showed up. This is unacceptable and if this business is active and running it's a horribly run business and you should not deal with them ever. If they are out of business they need to take down their website. I am extremely upset with this company. Once I looked into the reviews all the good reviews were years ago. One of my best friends was having a really rough day and I wanted to cheer her up at work, so I…read moredecided to send her some flowers. After a bit of research, I found Flower Power Studio near my BFF's office. Initially, I was placing my order online, but decided to call and see if I could actually get the order out same day. It was late afternoon around 3:30 pm when I called and spoke with Rebecca. She was so sweet and accommodating. She also confirmed that I could just place my order with her on the phone and get it out that day before my BFF's office closed. (She only had about a 1.5 hr window.) She assured me that she'd get the order done and would even text me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery to ensure that I knew what my BFF would be receiving. About an hour later, my BFF blows up my phone with a million texts asking me if I sent her flowers (I left my name off the card.) and jokingly I told her no. She said she just started crying because she was so happy and also the flowers were gorgeous. It definitely helped brighten her day a bit. Small gestures go a long way for me and even more so when people go out of their way. Rebecca was amazing! Thank you for making my BFF feel better and thank you for making it so easy for me to do something nice for her. Also, prices are pretty reasonable, I can't complain. You definitely get your money's worth.

I told her I wanted a boho/rustic combo and boy did she nail it. She went above and beyond on my bouquet. Not only was the bouquet perfect but my hair piece and center pieces were gorgeous.
