I am more concerened with the fraudulant inspection than anything else here, since NYS inspection is the bare minimum on safety, and I am driving 700 miles per week (i made sure everyone was aware). They misfiled my paperwork and had the wrong name on my loan, which i corrected in office, only to have them file the wrong name with the bank. Their website had offered me 6.9 apr, which was cranked to 7.9 on the day of. Not too pleased with the experience. The sales person, and even support were both great and responsive. The back end service team that fixes the vehicle, and the finance team fumbled the finish and took far too long to just let us wait with no communication. What the team lacks is consistancy. I'm changing this to 3 stars from 1 to acknowledge the parts of this process that worked very well, but there are places to grow for this 105 year business If these issues are visibly addressed, Hoselton would recieve my recommendation.
