Apparently she was telling him the positives and negatives of living in Maui. That seemed really nice and helpful to him. But the employee started to tell the customer how horrible it is to live in Honolulu and continues to bad mouth the city. Ummmmm.... Both my cousin and I just spent $500+ in your shop and we are both born and raised in Honolulu. We both think Honolulu is a pretty great place to live. Not cool to talk badly about another city - especially if you are 20 years old (she told the guy that) and haven't lived in Honolulu for an extensive time. Unprofessional.
