On June 24th I emailed them to let them know I had not received my swimsuit, and that the tracking number showed that it was delivered to the incorrect city/ address. They replied, and told me they sent me the incorrect tracking number. Two days later on June 26th I finally received the swimsuit, but it was the wrong style and two sizes too small. So I emailed them again, and requested they send a return label for the swimsuit they incorrectly sent, and requested that they send the correct style, but asked they send it two sizes larger this time. They did not reply to this email, but sent the suit in the right style, but with the original smaller size that I had emailed them was too small. Again, I emailed them requesting a return label for the other swimsuit, and the larger size suit. Since then, I have sent several more emails and have not received a response. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit my daughter, and I am out $52. I have tried calling but no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. If your ordering from this store, make sure you know the exact size, because there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES despite what their website claims.

After brunch we made our way here and were greeted by Dawn who ended up supporting me through my entire shopping experience. I was hoping to just get measured and come back on my own time but my girlfriends insisted I take my time and did it. Dawn brought out several options based on my size and wants. She was able to really help me figure out the right fit for my needs. I did try it on over a shirt they had in store to make sure it was what I wanted. I found what I needed and was on my way.
