Not a good first impression. I told they stylist what I was there for and she asked if I wanted the same color. She then began a single process color on my hair. I told her to stop that I wanted highlights. She asked to see my Groupon and said she needed to cover my roots first. When she washed it out I told her the color was dark. She then put it 20 foils and immediately washed them out. It was clearly not a full head of highlights. She was rude and annoyed the entire time. My hair is now a brassy orange at the roots and there are no highlights. Don't go to this salon, rude, awful stylist.
