If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have never experienced such an unprofessional atmosphere in my life. I booked my sister a trial for her wedding. Called on a Friday to speak to the owner and she never called back. I called again the following week and asked to speak to her. Receptionist called back saying she had relayed the info from the owner. After explaining to the receptionist 3 TIMES what the occasion was and where the wedding would be she gave me prices that did not match anything that was on their website. We go to the trial where I had specifically asked for the owner to do, only to find out another stylist would be doing my sister's hair and had no clue that it was even a trial for a wedding!!! She then took 30 min to get her tools ready and all in all took over 2 HOURS to just curl her hair. When we finally went to pay for the trial there was visible discussion on the floor as they were all whispering and debating what they would charge us (I can't think of a more unprofessional way to go about that). My mother asked the girl at the desk to talk to the owner 3 TIMES (after waiting 10 min to get an EXTREMELY OVERPRICED amount for the trail), she finally got up out of a chair after she was done doing her OWN HAIR. She was rude and disrespectful. After explaining to her what the receptionist had told me on the phone, she took no responsibility for the miscommunication and ultimately blamed ME for not asking to speak to her (I had told her TWICE that I called to speak to her and she never called me back). After asking her multiple times what certain hair styles would cost for our bridal party, she was stumbling and could barely answer the question saying it was more expensive w the hair stylist that had done the trial (something I was never told!!) After being in the salon for over 2 and a half hours we left and were extremely disappointed. We had gone to that salon bc the prices seemed reasonable online and when we got there the stylist they had assigned us was "from the city" and charged hundreds of dollars to do one person's hair (not at all what we asked for or were looking for). I have never left somewhere so frustrated and annoyed in my life. Dianna does not know how to run a business and should be embarrassed about how she handled the situation. read more

First time to visit this salon. Excellent service, as soon as I walked in, they made me feel so comfortable with sincere smiles. Dianna asked me what color I have used, I told her I used Mahogany brown, she did the coloring. Then Eric washed the color out shampooed, conditioned and put glazed on my hair.It was so relaxing! As when he was doing the steps he explained to me what he was doing on how these things will improve my hair look ( my hair was very dry). Then, Christine dried my hair, again very nice. Dianna cut my hair and also gave me tips about growing my bangs to frame my face, I had never had a beautician recommended this, it made sense to me. I just used my 3 groupons, but will be coming for more! Cathleen is amazing! My hair is very long and very thick and most stylist don't do a good job with a blow dry, but she does! Everyone can blow dry the hair straight, but not everyone can blow dry it with the soft waves/curls. My hair is always so soft and silky and it looks like Victoria's Secret models' hair with soft waves/curls. I always get lots of complements. I highly recommend Indulgence Blow Dry in Mt. I recently came in because even though I am only 24 I am starting to have some greys along the side of my hair. Dianna was able to discreetly color the sides of my hair so it did not look overly done and covered the greys. This salon has a very unwelcoming "mean girls" type of vibe…read more I did keratin and a hair cut. That "GK Keratin" they use, absolutely sucks. I'm a month to two months in and my hair is frizzy. And before anyone comes at me, I did follow instructions, I waited 36 hours to wash my hair and use special shampoo/conditioner for keratin treated hair. As for my hair cut, that was also a joke. I asked to cut all my spilt ends, ended up getting just a 1/4 inch cut. I haven't gotten a cut in years so I know my spilt ends were definitely longer than an inch at least! Lastly, the owner "Cynthia" is just plain rude, unapproachable and unprofessional. When I went to pay, I had the Yelp coupon that's 20% off first service. She didn't want to honor it and was absolutely clueless about this Yelp offer that she has on her own business page. LOL then I showed it to her and she said "uh ok we'll do it as a one time exception". LOL Lady what does that mean? You and your business put this on Yelp? A tactic to lure more clients? I guess so. The review should be one star but the additional star goes to the young lady who washed my hair, who had a much nicer and friendly attitude.
