When moving out of my storage unit, I gave them excellent advance notice, told them the day i would be vacating, and tried to leave a voice message multiple times that day to inform them I had vacated, as required, but mailbox was full and its unstaffed over the weekend. They then went ahead and charged me for another month because I hadn't notified them - despite no option to leave vm, and despite previous email stating exactly that info. Too lazy to walk a couple hundred yards to ascertain that for themselves I guess. Or too greedy. Rude response to inquiry about why I was charged another month. Highly recommend finding other storage services!

Try DOUBLE the rate for the move out...estimated at 6 hours and took 11.25. Try a move in crew that apparently could not read and left clearly marked FRAGILE boxes under tool boxes in the garage. Or boxes marked KITCHEN in the garage. Or bookshelves left at odd angles and not up against the walls. Add to that being verbally threatened by the guy in charge and you may understand why in my opinion you should stay clear of this company. I paid way less 3 years ago to have 2 5 ton trucks move me over here from Maple Ridge.

I definitely would NOT recommend them. they said it was their policy but I've had other storage places that actually just pro-rate and give you a refund. I'm in the process of moving. As much as I tried to take boxes from work, we just don't receive…read moreshipments in boxes big enough for my needs. So I had to break down and buy boxes along with other packing supplies. I found Allworld through their great Google reviews. They sell commercial packaging supplies but they're open to the public. I was greeted immediately when I walked into the small "store" area. I explained what I needed, and it turns out they have moving packages based on the number of rooms you have. The one bedroom package has 10 small boxes, 16 medium ones, 6 large ones, a wardrobe box, 2 rolls of packing tape, packing paper and a marker. I was driving a Zipcar Prius so one of the staff checked to make sure everything would fit before they made the sale. Both guys were friendly and super helpful. Hopefully I won't have to do another move for a long time, but I will definitely return if I ever need any packaging supplies. Go check them out!
