Paige was eager to help and messaged me. I drove 3 hours on a Tuesday, went in Paige presented the ring and it fit magically! I was ecstatic, we purchased and they said it would be resized in house and they would be able to ship it to me. I walked in and was greeted kindly, and asked for my brief patience because all associates were helping other customers. Then, when I was assisted, it took less than 5 minutes. The person helping me was personable, friendly, and enthusiastic to help.
