I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. The price was also extremely fair. I can't recommend Franco's Cleaning Service highly enough! Your milage my vary, but I was pleased they were able to come on short notice, the very next day. They worked for a little over 3 hours and I'm satisfied with their work. Is the house now absolutely spotless? No. Was it good value for the cost? Yes, most definitely. They also gave me the option to look things over before they left and I did ask them to re-mop a spot that had been missed. (Some internet cables had been piled in a corner and made it hard to get to the cat hair under it. But all I had to do was point it out and the gals grabbed the mop and took care of it.)

A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs.

Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.

When I sent videos and photos to the owner explaining what happened, she said she wasn't liable. She then ghosted me and refused to answer me (she has read receipts) and she ignored my calls. We now have to pay for the water line to be replaced, our hardwood floors under the fridge are ruined, and I have to get the carpet in the basement cleaned. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and owner still didn't work to resolve the issue. Thank goodness for my credit card company going after her for a refund at least.

It was a big job and I sent a video of the 50 years worth of water damaged junk that had been stored down there. The team arrived on time and started out strong. They worked for three hours - then decided it was a much bigger job than expected and the PRICE DOUBLED to include a roll off dumpster. They returned the following weekend to finish removing all of the debris, but said it was too dusty for them power wash and spray for mold as promised. They submitted the invoice and promised to return in 3 days to finish the job. I made the mistake of paying them in full along with a big tip and wrote a glowing review . But they still have not returned to power wash and spray mold retardant. The excellent communication that I received in the beginning stopped as soon as I paid.
