Bob took plenty of time to explain the sewing machine industry to me even after I told him I was from PA.

Technician was on time for appointment. He said just based on the noise it was the rollers. He already had a kit with him. It took him 30 minutes to fix- it cost me $320 - just looked up the roller repair kit on Amazon- it's $25. I just paid $300 for 30 minutes of labor. I got ripped off.

My daughter's LG refrigerator started making a terrible grinding noise. After calling a different…read morecompany, she was told by phone that it was a known warranty issue and to call LG for service. She asked me to do that for her since she was working and taking care of 2 sick kids. LG referred me to Lee's Appliance Repair, and we couldn't be more grateful. They are so responsive and helpful. Erin, who answers the phone and makes appointments, was a pleasure to work with. She ordered the part and set us up. When the technician looked at the fridge he quickly realized it was a different issue. They worked with LG, got the part and rescheduled quickly. Alex came out with the new part, wore a mask and shoe covers, and had the fridge fixed in no time He was friendly and efficient and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. They call and send texts confirming everything so we never had to guess on timing. They fix all appliances - not just refrigerators, and I will definitely call them again. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate and highly recommend this excellent company.

They were supposed to fix my washer, but instead they kept giving me excuse after excuse, saying…read morethe part "was never in." It took them almost two weeks just to show up and look at it. Then they told me it couldn't even be fixed because the washer was completely broken. They promised me a refund since they couldn't do the job. I paid about $500. It is now March, and I have been fighting for my refund since January. The lack of professionalism and accountability is ridiculous. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. They absolutely suck.

However there was a lack of communication on when the part would come in & when it did come it was about a week after they told us it would be in. Then that didn't fix the issue & we were basically informed at this point we needed an entire new washer & they would refund us the almost $500 for repair costs. It has been over a month now with struggling to get in touch with the owner, getting excuse after excuse as to why they haven't sent the refund out, and now they're offering to Venmo it. Extremely unprofessional. Zero communication unless you literally bug them constantly. And we still haven't received our refund. We are over $1,000 down because of this mess. We are a lower income family of 5 & this has just been a nightmare dealing with this company.

The first time I called him, my washer wouldn't drain. I called him, and got an appointment the same day. When I told him what my washer was doing, he said "sound like you have a rag sucked into the drain motor, that's not uncommon". Sure enough when he came over, out popped my son's missing batman sock. He was nice enough to show me how to remove the front cover of my washer if it ever happens again. I don't recall how much the service call was. I was impressed with his polite demeanor and friendliness. This last time the refridgerator in the house I just moved to went kaput. I called someone else first because I forgot about this guy. They couldn't get to my same day, and wanted to call me back with an appointment time later the same week. Yeah... the frozen food ain't going for that. This guy could do it same day. He explained what was wrong and had the part on him to fix it. Done. No BS, no hassle. The only thing I could say is this guy needs to put a sticker on the stuff he fixes or something cause after 1-2 years I forget how to find people I use. I would recommend him though.

We confirmed on Friday that we were to be the first today. At the end of our window, after calling repeatedly and never getting an answer, the technicians showed up. Another customer pitched a fit about not being first, so they bumped us back without a phone call. The technicians were good. The customer service is terrible. We will never use this company again and will give our feedback to Lowes.
