She asked me to do that for her since she was working and taking care of 2 sick kids. LG referred me to Lee's Appliance Repair, and we couldn't be more grateful. They are so responsive and helpful. Erin, who answers the phone and makes appointments, was a pleasure to work with. She ordered the part and set us up. When the technician looked at the fridge he quickly realized it was a different issue. They worked with LG, got the part and rescheduled quickly. Alex came out with the new part, wore a mask and shoe covers, and had the fridge fixed in no time He was friendly and efficient and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. They call and send texts confirming everything so we never had to guess on timing. They fix all appliances - not just refrigerators, and I will definitely call them again. It felt like it was a repair the technician simply didn't want to do. I was disappointed to pay for a visit without receiving a real attempt at a repair or a solution.
