We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted. Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months. I highly recommend CF Construction for any work you have large or small.

After interviewing close to 10 contractors, On Target was the only that sent me an itemized quote within a day (I did not hear back from many contractors). The prices from each were all within a similar range. I tend to avoid the least expensive and steer clear of the most unless I have the budget for it. Ray came in with a fair price and a professional demeanor. He understood what had to be done, and he was confident he could provide exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed that he also was able to get the job started quickly and did his best to accommodate my timeline. As a contractor, he has several sub contractors who work for him. In his desire to get my job going ASAP, he sent two subs that were not his best. He had used them before and they had done very nice work. Unfortunately for me, they did not, and they had to demo the tiles they had put in unevenly, scrap them and start from scratch. Since Ray was just as surprised and appalled by their work, in a gesture of courtesy, he absorbed the cost of the new tiles and added a free, custom built shower niche to make up for the mishap. He was diplomatic and reliable which is rare in Florida. He also asked for my patience so as to time it to bring in his BEST contractor, Andreas, who is a literal magician! Not only is Andreas so amazingly talented, but can do literally ANYTHING quickly, confidently and flawlessly. The final product is perfection! Ray even came with me to pick out the tiles that he paid for and Andreas is top tier, both taking pride in their work, which is ALWAYS of primary importance since I believe it's pride and passion for what you do, that eternally creates the most spectacular of things. So, ultimately, though it took a little extra time, it was well worth it. Ray stepped up and made it right, I have to say he is dependable, communicative and made me a very happy customer! My one bit of advice would be to work on HIS timeline so he has the opportunity to bring in his best guys to your job. Good things come to those who wait and now I have a stunning, sleek, functional and beautiful new bathroom! Thank you to Andreas and Ray! Highly recommend!

He came when he said he would and advised a reasonable timeline that he kept. I installed a small 10x10 paver patio and Steve provided me with different options and suggestions. The team who came worked quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the finished product. It was a little more expensive than I was anticipating, but perhaps I am simply out of the loop on the cost of things like this. I didn't bother shopping around prices, though. All Dade Pavers had so many positive reviews versus other places I researched, and I wanted to feel confident that the finished work would be quality - and it is. Often times my smaller jobs seem to be insufficient to businesses- I guess they want the big jobs and big bucks only- but Steve made me feel like a priority. Thank you to Steve and his team!

I would 100% recommend All Dade Pavers! I have nothing but great things to say about this company…read more First of all, the owner Stephen is extremely professional, attentive, and responsive. He was also very punctual and provided clear timeline/expectation of the work. From the beginning, we knew we picked the right company. During the process, I asked Stephen several questions regarding overall design, logistics, and timing. All of which he would answer within minutes at any hour of the day. He sent over new paver/concrete dimension the same day we met him, adjusted design within a few days and had pavers ordered right away. The pavers were delivered from Gem Pavers in 4 weeks and his team was hard at work within a few days of delivery. He is present throughout the process and made sure work was done correctly. His team was also very nice, professional, and worked really hard to deliver my driveway. Everything worked like clockwork and came out so beautiful. When there was an issue with my existing concrete near my door frame, Stephen had his team out within an hour to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pavers and it wouldn't have been possible without All Day Pavers. I can't say enough great things about our experience. If you are having a difficult time choosing between companies; I think the choice is very clear. Thank you Stephen and team for giving me my dream driveway! For reference: we used 4x6 pavers in marble slate from gem pavers. We used 4x6 pavers in gray for the borders. It's in a herringbone 45 pattern.

It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business.
