So they opened the clean out in the basement without giving me notice that I needed to move everything. You know what came flying out all over my son's tools and tables. They sweep some of it into the sump pump and then asked for a mop that I wouldn ot want back but then left it in the basement after ruining it. I could have moved the tables and the tools. Some tools were even dumped on the floor. They didn't clear the mess up and they were unable to clear the blockage. They had no common sense. Do not use them.

I calmly explained my concerns after he left without resolving the problem or informing me... leaving the water shut off and the toilet unusable. That is not acceptable by any professional standard. If your team believed there was an issue with how I communicated, the right thing to do would've been to call me directly... not make assumptions, and certainly not retract a previously offered resolution without a single conversation. I made multiple efforts to reach out, including asking to speak with the manager, and received no response except being told to "look us up on Google." The service I paid $260 for not only failed to fix the issue, but left me with a bigger one. The damage was never acknowledged, and the technician's behavior went unaddressed. Offering a free replacement and then revoking it based on hearsay, without even verifying with the customer, is not how you stand by your work or warranty. If your company values professionalism, then communication and accountability should apply on both sides. I'm still open to resolving this, but it must begin with a fair, respectful conversation.
