    Hard at work!
    Ray N.

Recently visited right Christmas. They were super busy and the wait was long. I figured it would be worth it. I purchased the gold wash ($20.95). I was very disappointed in the final result. My windows had streaks and water spots on the inside and outside on every single window. My lower half of the doors still had dirt. I came back several days later to take advantage of their rewash guarentee. Every single employee was very friendly and had no problem with the rewash. The dirt was taken care of but the water spots were still present on every single window. I asked the person drying and he said that it was the water they used. I couldn't believe that was acceptable by management! I gave them three stars (instead of one) because of the great attitude of the employees.

    Diet on mirror casing

Eh, mediocre at best. I've literally never had a bad car wash so I thought spending $50, plus supplying a $10 tip would have equated to the best car wash ever. Everyone was very friendly but I drove away disappointed. Once I hit the road, I realized my windshield, as well as my driver's side window and mirror were covered with water spots. I had to use my windshield wipers and fluid in order to drive home safely. When I got home, my back windshield was dirty and covered with pollen and my mirror casing was covered in dirt. So basically, I paid $60 for a vacuum job and some vanilla scent, probably not worth the drive to return.

    After Gold Wash

Came in with my 2 year old to get my car washed before a road trip. Explained the outside wasn't a priority, but another family will be riding with us so I really wanted the inside to be spick and span. Was recommended the Gold Wash, went ahead and paid (tipped the vacuumers $2) took my sons car seat out and waited about 15 minutes. There were 2 other cars there. After it was done I went out, and the very polite person who showed me to my car waited while I installed my sons car seat again and told me to let him know if anything needed touched up. After I got the seat installed and my toddler wrangled into the hot car I didn't really look at the car before I took the keys, tipped the man $10, blasted the AC and drove off. The things I noticed as I was driving and when I got home really bothered me and were as follows: 1. My steering wheel and dash were very obviously not wiped down, nor were any of the doors or handles. 2. The whole center console was untouched. 3. The space between the seats and the center console were untouched. 4. The trunk (which I had taken the time to remove the stroller, the diaper bag, and all of the things from) was not vaccumed. 5. I noticed no "fragrance" difference whatsoever although I requested the "new car smell option" Overall, it looks like I drove through a car wash and my car was haphazardly vaccumed. Which I feel like is exactly the services I received. Oh and my tires are shiny? I think that's all. I understand it was hot, but I feel that the services offered, promised, and paid for were not what I received. It was around $25 before tip, ($35 after tip). I gave 2 stars because everyone was very polite and friendly. I've attached a photo of the center console. I wish I would've taken one of the steering wheel before I baby wiped it.

We got the basic, bronze wash and didn't have to wait at all midday on Saturday.

Zamier is the one who greeted us and did the vacuuming. I'm not sure the names of the others. They did an incredible job. I tend to avoid car washes where I don't do my own vacuuming. I am rarely pleased with the outcome. It never matches with how much money I spent. We just moved to the area in July and I pass Autobell every time I drive anywhere. Each time I think "I should really get the car washed but I just don't want to deal with it today." The only things I regret from my visit yesterday is not getting a before photo to show you the incredible difference and not going sooner. I have a well loved minivan, 3 young's kids with 2 still in car seats. My car could use a weekly vacuum to keep it nice because we don't really have rules. We eat in it, go to the beach, playgrounds, etc. It was a mess. It had probably been about 3 months since I had vacuumed. However, I thrive on having a clean vehicle. Last night, I finally stopped by to get a basic wash. I ended up getting the rain package since we're about to take a road trip. After I paid, I asked him about the vacuum.. is there an upgrade option just for the vacuum? There is!!! It's called the Master Vac. It was $15. I was torn. Never in my life has anyone been able to vacuum the car as good as I can without it being a full on car detailing. Zamier assured me that they use different attachments to get it all. I even opened the back door so he could see the mess... "Are you sure? Can you REALLY get all that clean?" He analyzed it and assured me that they could. I went ahead and did it. I was super apprehensive though. However, he was so attentive in just the short interaction I had already had with him that I decided to give it a shot. I went through the wash and waited on the bench while they worked on the interior. When I returned to check it, he walked with me to look at it and didn't rush off (my usual experience at other car washes.) First, I checked the dash. One thing I usually find at other locations is that they don't quite get the dash all the way. When I looked, it was spotless. I had been caked in dust and they got it the cleanest I had ever seen it! Then I started to check the vacuuming. Carpet looked great... they even got the crevices. I opened the back and WOW! It was phenomenal! Hands down this was the BEST car wash and vacuum that I have ever gotten. I will definitely be back.

A clean car, nothing like it!! I am not sure how the touch-less car wash works, but I did notice the cheapest wash is $3. HOWEVER!!! I rode through the other wash (the one to the left) with the foam brushes and and it was AH-MAZING!! I happened to catch the car wash just before they closed at 7 pm. Oh by the way, during the winter months they close at 7 pm and warmer months they are open until 8pm. So yeah, the manager/attendant on duty, Darryl was most helpful and explained the upgrades that took place. He also mentioned there is no other Green Clean Auto Wash set up like this. However, he is planning on opening up another location just like this but a longer wash in the Harbourview area of Suffolk near Kroger! I mean I was almost convinced that the touch-less wash was the only way to go because I have had horrific experiences before at nearby car wash places. But Darryl assured me that the other wash was hands down the best. Now here's where the OVER THE TOP customer service comes into play, because Darryl didn't sound too convincing (He saw my face like YEAH RIGHT) he offered me the manger's special car wash (reg. $15) for FREE!! That's how confident he was that I would be pleased. So here I go...riding through...THE ENTIRE RIDE I WAS LIKE OOOOOOUAHHHHHH!!! I mean I felt like I was at Disney World!!! I was amazed!! So the end result, I HIGHLY recommend your try this wash. New and approved goes beyond this review, you just have to go and try it for yourself. With this wash in particular, the wash cleans and shines the tires, yes SHINES the tires. Some washes still leave brake dust in your hubcaps, but not this one - top notch!! And it drys the vehicle. Now you may still see a few wet spots here and there, but my 15 min drive home, I checked my car and it was completely dry!! Now I added my own shine to the car and cleaned the windows, but I'm OK with that. The car wash did what it claimed to do!!! I can't speak on the other washes, but the manger's wash is the best!!! Also with every car wash they offer free vacuuming - how awesome is that!!! If a car wash is not needed vacuuming is only $1! And!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a special going on - for $25/month you get unlimited washes!!! Now consider this, I would have paid $15 last night for a manger's wash and more than likely end up back here in two weeks to get another manger's wash - so that's $30 in a matter of weeks. But with their current offer, I'd save money and get unlimited washes in a weeks time frame. So this deal - so worth it. I could get my car wash every week... $15x4=$60 if no deal. If I choose the deal $25x1=$25...self-explanatory - deal!! Happy Holidays!!

While visiting my niece, my car desperately needed a wash after traveling 10 hours to Virginia…read more Green Clean Express was across the street from Kroger, so I stopped in after grocery shopping. I told the employee I wanted something that would shine my tires, so he suggested the $18 wash. In Jacksonville, I pay $10 for a wash, and it includes a tire shine. I think I was swindled into purchasing a higher priced wash. And since he came up to my door (which was not necessary as it was self serve) I felt rushed. After coming out of the wash and preparing to vacuum the car, I noticed soap still sitting on the hood of my car. Not cool. I would not recommend this car wash.
