Wanted to try something local and give it a shot, overall presentation was good but the pizza itself was average at best. The hostess was friendly and my pizza was ready when I got there. The temp had dropped a bit so it wasn't pipping hot. The restaurant itself seemed nice kinda dimly lit if you just want an outing not too far from home it may be worth a shot. We stopped by here Friday night with some friends. We tried a new app, fried pork skins with pimento cheese. This was really good. We love the pizza (Hawaiian this time) and we always enjoy the Ceasars salad. Grace is our favorite server and she'll keep your drinks filled. Nice little cozy place with a full bar and lots of kids. We LOVE this place. It's a weekly staple at our house. They're keto friendly which is a big plus for us. My husband always gets the Meats Pizza Bowl and I usually get a cheese or pepperoni pizza. This place has never let me down. They're always amazing! Beware of trivia night. It is LOUD. If you're there to eat dinner with friends and not to participate in trivia on a Monday, forget trying to have a conversation. Now we mostly get our orders as carry out/pick up. read more

We were on a 13- hour drive, hungry, and craving pizza. I jumped on Yelp and saw Majestic Pies about 30 minutes ahead. I called and ordered, and the pizza was hot and ready when we got there. Service was quick, and when I bought bottles of rootbeer they were happy to pour them into cups of ice for me. The pizza was delicious! The ambiance of the restaurant was casual, and there was outdoor seating, too. We didn't want to stop for too long, so we ate in the car, but I would love to enjoy dinner outside in the cool fall air one day! read more

Majestic Pies is an excellent pizza place up here in Morris, Alabama. I brought my girlfriend with me this time, and she seemed to enjoy it. We had the baked feta for our appetizer and the chicken bacon ranch pizza as the main course, and both were good. The music is also excellent here, which to me is always really good, and it is not too loud and doesn't drown out the conversation between us. We also got our food pretty quickly, and the staff was charming. This is a great place to eat during lunchtime as when we went; it was empty as we had dodged the lunch rush. read more

Majestic pies were okay. Ingredients on the the Majestic meats is fresh but crust is average. We tried the regular crust thinking it would be more like a "pie" more deep dish. It's not. My Boo just had to try the pricey spinach dip. NOW, spinach dip was on point. The problem starts with the lousy chips. A dip is only as good as the companion you pair it with- ME. This was my first visit to Majestic Pies. The young lady that waited on me was extremely friendly and kind. She continually asked about me and kept the drink filled and that's why she received a good tip. For this visit I had a personal pizza which was all meat and a side salad. I guess if you like thin tough crust it would be fine. No sauce to speak of. I thought a hand tossed would be thicker. I can't imagine what their thin crust would be if what I had was their regular hand tossed. Seriously, it was about 1/10 inch thick, and had just a smear of Marinara sauce. I didn't think it had any until I lifted the cheese up and there was a smattering of red color on the underside of the cheese. Their other dishes may be great, but I am never getting Pizza there again. The manager was very nice apologetic that it took almost 50 min to get a salad and pizza but didn't offer anything free or even discounted. Very disappointed in the over all experience. It's just not my kind of pizza, but apparently it is for others. read more

We were passing through the area and decided to stop for lunch. We shared the Cajun ranch fries and the Works pizza with the black olives and red onions on half. Everything was very tasty and would have easily fed 4 people. If you're passing through or live in the area we would definitely recommend eating here! In the search for our regular pizza place, we have a strong contender. Tonight we started with the toasted ravioli and cheese bread. Both were served piping hot with a generous serving of marinara to dip in. The cheese bread stole the show. Very cheesy and cut into easy to handle strips, this one was very good. I was hoping to try the Majestic Meats, but got quickly outvoted for a simple pepperoni pizza. Usually we would order both and just take the leftovers home... but tonight we brought almost half a pizza home since it was very filling. The only thing I missed was a brick oven char, but it was foldable and delicious. Service was phenomenal, often pre-guessing our needs and so attentive despite the ballgame crowd. A bit of a pizza bar feel, but calm enough that I wouldn't mind having my kids there. We will be back! read more

I first had Majestic Pies during a work meeting in which we had ordered in. A co-worker of mine insisted I try the barbeque chicken and it was phenomenal! The flavoring of the pizza was a wonder savory blend. I highly recommend trying it if you are ever in the area. It has ever since become my go-to when grabbing pizza. Not only is the food wonderful I like the option of being able to dine in as well. There are not too many pizza places north of Birmingham that still have the amenity to do so, not to mention the service has always been top notch and the place itself is very easy to find being directly off Hwy 31. Fantastic food and service! If you live in Morris, lucky you. No matter where you are, the food is worth the drive. They seated me and my large family (party of 8) and had our food out quickly and fresh. I like food. If you know me, you know it to be true. I also don't complain much about food, if it's edible, then I eat it. Everyone once in a while my taste buds are greeted with something spectacular, and that was the case today. I don't leave many reviews, it has to be phenomenal for me to do that, and trust me dear friends, it was. My only issue is that I hadn't been sooner. Although the entrance and exterior is low-key, the interior is spacious, airy, and just classy enough for a restaurant that walks a nice line between a finer dining experience and an accessible but high-quality lunch spot. Lofty ceiling, exposed brick, etc. It wasn't super crowded but they were doing a solid business for a midweek lunch. Our waitress was spectacular. She was an older Latina woman with a moderately thick Spanish accent; I'm not sure if she gave us her name. She walked my dad to the restroom when we first arrived, patiently answered questions (both menu and non-menu related...my endlessly curious dad can and will chat up anybody!!), and provided great recommendations. She brought us to-go drinks and boxes without asking (though we definitely needed them!). She was just so perfectly attentive, warm, and gracious. HUGE kudos! Their menu consists of pasta dishes and upscale American and Italian classics like filet mignon and chicken Parmesan. They also have a few more lunch-y items like a steak sandwich. Entrees come with bread and salad for the table. There are jars of delicious, buttery, smooth and herbaceous olive oil waiting on each table to go with the bread. It was perfect with the warm rolls that were brought out to our table. We couldn't stop eating it. The shared salad was large and loaded with fresh vegetables and other goodies, including banana peppers, olives, tomatoes, and red onions. The house dressing was lightly acidic and enjoyable. We got a plate of fried ravioli to share to start. It was delicious! The cheese was SO gooey and there was no shortage of it inside the crispy, salty, breaded ravioli. The dipping sauce wasn't overly sweet and complemented it perfectly. For entrees, my dad ordered a blackened chicken salad, my mom got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and vegetables (I know she kept mushrooms and peppers but asked for no broccoli), and I got crispy chicken Parmesan. They will grill the chicken if you prefer. This came with my choice of one of my three pasta sauces: tomato basil, Alfredo, or creamy tomato basil, which is half and half tomato basil/alfredo. At the encouraging of our waitress, I went with the creamy tomato basil. Everything was absolutely delicious. My dad's salad was probably the weak link though was still quite tasty -- serves him right for getting a salad at an Italian restaurant. ;). It was huge and the chicken was cooked very well, not at all dry. Mom absolutely loved hers and was very impressed at how beautifully and subtly all the different flavors played together. The creamy tomato basil sauce on my pasta was absolutely fantastic and a great recommendation. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly. My chicken Parmesan was maybe the *tiniest* bit overcooked (edges were a little chewy), but the inner pieces were succulent and the breading and melted cheese on top was delightful. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. It was truly a delightful dining experience. This would be a great road trip for special occasions like an anniversary or even just for a fun way to treat yourself. Please give them a try if you're anywhere nearby. Great sandwiches. We had to take out after because they were really big so we ended up with 2 meals. I wanted to pay for a cop that came in after us but he hadn't ordered yet because he was waiting for other people to come in but when we tried to pay it was taken care of and the waitress couldn't tell us who which always pay it forward came in to mind. He even pulled up a special menu on the TV for me to see that changes every day of the week, serving pizza by the slice instead of a whole pie. To me, this was a bargain to get so much food as well. The setting of the table featured red and white tablecloths, which made it feel like a real Italian pizzeria. There are about 30-35 tables, with bar stool seating areas for single guest to enjoy the Birmingham view. The garlic bread bursted with buttery, garlicy herb flavor and was super airy and fluffy, not like hard toast baked to plinko chips consistency. The salad was super fresh and simple. The cheese was thick, hand shredded mozzarella cheese with fresh romaine lettuce and a slice of tomato. The ranch dressing was not my favorite, but the house vinaigrette was 10/10! I could drink that dressing; it was so good. I was able to wash it all down with various Coca-Cola fountain drinks or fresh brewed tea (Sweet or Unsweet). Coke Zero was an option, which made me happy! Overall, this visit earned a solid 4.5/5 and I would patronize with them again. Customer service as 5/5, thanks to Solomon.
