My pedicure was amazing not rushed took almost a hour for a regular pedicure which was great. I had great conversation with the girl who did my pedi. Now I'm not a usual customer when it comes to getting my nails done anywhere, but I do have OCD and perfectionism. I was a bit worried, because I only get my nails done for special events and I was going into the store blind. Best decision ever. I've gone 3 times and every time they do me so right. Nail techs are professional and extremely talented. The employees actually care about the work they are doing and aren't afraid to go back and file a bit more if they need to, instead of brushing it off as 'good enough'. They were patient with me when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and changed my mind on the color. No need to stress about the final result, I can count on them to have my nails perfect every time. And as a little plus, the store is beautiful and there are many things to look at along with a TV to watch as well. You can leave a tip on the credit card, and do not need to worry about having cash. There's a large selection of nail polish colors to choose from. They accept walk-ins however will turn people away if they are busy. There's also an option to make an appointment. The manicure includes most of the basic treatments, minus the hot towel. I felt they did a good job cleaning up my nails and applying the polish. Despite sitting under the heated dryer for a good twenty minutes or so, my nails weren't perfectly dry upon leaving and smudged. Otherwise the mani has held up pretty well.

I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.
