I had a gift certificate here so I figured why not give a try. Comfortable clean place. They did a good job regarding covid measures. I had a very old set on when I walked in, so when I sat down I noticed my nail tech had also seen that they were not strong enough to be a "fill" and needed to be replaced. Though this required more steps and time from him he didn't make it any sort of problem. He was very sweet and took my requests on designs very serious. He did a good job as far as I am concerned. They don't have a selection of colored acrylic as I know of (but maybe I just didn't see). My set looks good, has some flaws but that's expected as no one can be perfect. read more

Made an appointment 2 days ago for my friend and I..Friday @11:30am..arrived early..well they whisked my friend off for her pedicure leaving me waiting..I was asked 4 times what I was getting and replied 4 times regular manicure and eyebrows and I have a 11:30 appointment. Well at 12:10pm my friend was finished with her pedicure and I was approached again "you waiting for manicure?" Well No!!! CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.. I have been going to Belle for about 6 months and I've finally had it with their services. The last 4 times I've gotten a gel manicure, my nails were under-cured, peeling, or chipping within days. Not to mention when you walk in, no one greets you and you get stared at like you have 2 heads. The older woman there rushes every time and NEVER lets my nails cure long enough. Last time, I was asked to move around to different nail techs and felt like I was a burden. I only go there because the other salons are even worse in the area. It's a shame. read more

This place is horrible! This older lady did a shitty job on my nails. First of all she was rough with me, pushing my hands out the way. She kept looking at her phone while doing my nails. She slopped the nail polish on and kept making mistakes. The nails are lumpy, and not shaped right. I asked her to shape them a little round ans she stopped and gave me an attitud. no customer satisfaction at all!!!! She literally treated me like a piece of shit! And had the nurve to wake me if I like the nails!! Also, when it was time to pay, I gave my debit card and she said they don't accept it, they only accept cash! So I had to pay the fee at the ATM! This is by far the worse place I have ever been to! will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! read more

Hands down the most unorganized nail salon ever. Waited roughly 50 minutes until I was sat. Then a group of 3 women claimed they had an appointment for just 1 person and without even asking for a name or time the employee asked me to get up so he could take the lady with the "appointment". Mind you this employee asked who was next and these ladies didn't speak up until after I sat down. They also took back 2 other ladies without appointments that came in after me before taking me back. Absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend NOT coming here unless you enjoy wasting your time. read more

Will never go back, made a surprise appointment for me and my wife over the phone 3 days in advance, walk in and tell him my name and appointment for 2, he tells my wife to pick her color and for us to come back when ready... as I walk back and sit in the chair, no water running in mine just hers, after 20 minutes we are told "sorry no females working today so we can only do her." Mind you they don't say when we walk in so we could have taken our business elsewhere they literally wait until she is half way done... very shady and quite frankly crapppy business practice, will never return and urge everyone else to go across the street to Kay Nails, they don't discriminate against feet. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place remains the worst nail salon. They don't greet you at all when you walk in. You will wait a minimum of 45mins to an hour for any service. I've been going here for the past couple of months and the last few times I have not been happy . I went in to get my nails done right before vacation and within 4 days my GEL polish was chipping right off multiple nails and I was not doing anything that would chip my polish off . The service was very rushed . Usually takes about an hour for a refill and gel and it took him 20 min to do and it was a little sloppy . Gel top coat all over my fingers . The only good thing about this experience was that my nail tech was very nice and talked to me the entire time . Sadly will not be going back here read more

This place is clean, well kept, the people are very nice, all equipment is sterilized and opened fresh in front of you. They do an awesome job. Nothing is dirty or needs repair. Im a dude who doesn't do this kind of thing unless my wife begs me but have been here with her twice and its really nice. The massaging chairs work great and are clean and not gross or broken. I got a pedicure (no polish) and was very enjoyable. They don't skimp on the foot rubs. I watched them scrub and disinfect the foot baths after every customer. read more

Went here on a whim after the salon I typically go to switched to appointment only. Initially, was impressed with the space and large color selection. But then sat down to a very rushed and underwhelming manicure. He had me sit under the dryer after putting the color on and then LEFT THE BUILDING AND DIDNT COME BACK without even having done a clear top coat. Sat there for almost 20 minutes snd just got up and left. Polish already chipped after an hour. Will never come back here. read more

The place is clean and the remodeling made it beautiful but the girls that work there are rushed and rude. Last week the girl didn't put a top coat on some fingers of my gel manicure and she told me she did. When I again expressed that she didn't she told me she did and said she knows because it's her job to know. Then again at the register while paying i showed my friend and the woman again said I was wrong and that there was a top coat on those nails. They look different from the other nails and you can totally tell. And this is not the first problem I've had with this place and especially this girl. She doesn't wear a name tag. The place is convenient for me and like I said it's really nice but it's not worth it for me anymore. I'm particular about my nails and my experience and this place doesn't care and I'm sorry but a keurig and some dum dums doesn't fix bad attitudes and shoddy work. read more
