I would give 100 stars if there were 100. I researched upholstery and carpet cleaning and saw numerous companies. I noticed Majestic- a local business, family owned and could not be happier that I did. I had called Majestic on Tuesday. Spoke with Carmen. He set appointment up for today, Friday between 9 and 10. I got a text confirming the appointment. Mike showed up 8:53 on time and couldn't be more professional, courteous and answered my concerns. Mike did an exceptional job. So I really hit it off with Carmen when he showed up to talk about the project, get details, a quote, etc. He gave me detailed quote two days after visit. First scheduled time, they cancelled morning of. Second scheduled time, they cancelled morning of. Third time (I tried my best to be very patient) they didn't even call - had to reach out to them to be told that their guy wasn't coming the THIRD time either. I am astounded at the lack of professionalism, communication, and just overall poor taste in dealing with them. Minutes after I left a voicemail, Carmen called me and scheduled an appointment and gave me a firm cost for the job based on my description and not by square foot, etc. The two guys arrived and got right to work and in a short - but thorough and unrushed - time; they had our carpets and tile floor looking brand new and barely damp. Now just 3 hours later, the carpets are completely dry and looking new. Very professional and clean workers and they will be our regular go-to carpet cleaners anytime we need them cleaned and freshened up. Used the usual TV commercial carpet cleaners in the past, and nothing was fixed. I think that Majestic has every right to claim they are the best in South Jersey. They've done a very good job for us, and also did follow-up. Carmen Junior is a really good guy, and was very honest about what they could and could not get. Great results on my badly stained carpets. Jeff and Mike worked very hard to get the stains out of my carpets. They cleaned the carpets, and they were not satisfied with the results. So they spotted cleaned them a few times until they were satisfied. I was so impressed that they worked so hard without me asking them to. Not at all happy with the job! When I called to inquire, I was VERY specific to Carmen Sr about my concerns with the carpet being too wet,as I had a very bad experience in the past. He assures me the carpet would be dry is about 4 hrs. Just a little damp. IT TOOK MY CARPET 3 DAYS TO DRY! I walked in my socks and they got very wet. I had to p run fans for a week and a dehumidifier! I am allergic to mold so this was not good! The tech Sam was very nice, but the carpets were way too wet,the stains he treated from my dog came back(as he said might happen) worse than before because they got spread around from the cleaning. Sam said call and they will come back out to touch up, but I couldn't have them back as I finally got my carpet totally dry after a week. I called to voice my opinion and spoke to Carmen Jr...he was a joy. Said "sorry" about that. He also offered to bring some fans over...lol This job wasn't cheap either compared to other estimates I had called for. Now I need to find another company to come and go over the stains that came back, and NOT soak the carpet! read more

They did a great job cleaning my carpets. There company called me back the same day and were available to clean my carpets the next day! Majestic Carpet Cleaning also quoted me the best price in the Blackwood area!!! I appreciated that they didn't charge me extra add on fees for the stairs, small den and tiny hallway. Most places quoted me over $100 in add on fees for those areas. They also applied pet cleaner to areas of my carpet where my puppy had accidents. It did help with the odor but I can tell I will need additional applications to eliminate the smell completely as the smell is still present on humid days when the air conditioning isn't in use. Arrived right on time! Introduced themselves; reviewed what they understood to get cleaned so we were on the same page; and let me know what to expect. They did the carpeting of my large family room; two sets of stairs and hallway. They also cleaned the tile/grout of kitchen, breakfast area, hall, foyer and half bath. It looks beautiful!!! We saw the great reviews about this company and my mom thought to try them out. They cleaned her largest room in her house and she mentioned she needed the carpet stretched. One of the Carmens volunteered to do it, scheduling a date and time two days from when the carpet was cleaned. ***all furniture is out of the room and inconveniently in the kitchen. So we waited for them to come, they pushed us back twice and then NEVER SHOWED UP TODAY. We called to see what was up, all that was said was "ugh let me see where he is" and they hung up and never came. Don't volunteer a service to help my mother and not show up!
