The damage to our family had been done though, having to scramble to find housing again ruined our finances and 3 years later we are still recovering financially. We have been renting a property from…read morethis place for near 3 months and have had many issues that the property manager Josh feels he has "fixed" or "addressed" but actually has not. He only replies to tenants if there is an issue that is going to affect him or if we threaten a legal process or contacting the homeowners, in which he will tell you "he has not been able to contact the home owners to approve work to be done". He has controlled our water temperature in the house we live in so we cannot control it ourselves and will shut down your tenant portal preventing you from paying rent even when you've made a partial payment because he says you are in the eviction process even though you've made a partial payment and are just waiting for proper repairs to be done in the home you're renting. He stalks your Instagram and social media accounts and then says that the 65-75 year old home owners are in fact the ones lurking on your social media accounts to see if you've done any repairs or updates to the home which in fact it's HIM who is creeping on your social media (My grandparents are 73 and let me tell you they are NOT using Instagram). We've had nothing but water issues since moving in January 1st, and were told by the maintenance guy that there was a deeper issue in the home that needed to be addressed by an actual plumber. Josh claims items like repairs and updates to the home can only come through certified contractors, yet he ALLOWS tenants to paint under his "contractor business license", but then when you do something such as change a light fixture he says you need to go through a "licensed contractor". I've attached some photos of the few of many "contractor jobs" that have been done in the home by Josh and his company Our washer machine doesn't work properly and we were told it is a "luxury" to have a washer machine, and that if we want it fixed that we would need to hire somebody to fix a washer machine that we don't own. When we moved in in January we were told the flooring would be replaced as it has a gross black stain running all along the window and the downstairs bathroom is missing parts of its linoleum flooring, along with other minor repairs discussed in our move in walk through, yet we've heard no follow up about these issues -- only that he "can't get ahold of the home owners". I am a former property manager and also current business owner, and this property management is a JOKE and full of lies and an inaccurate, non professional and mindless human.

I have lived in my community for 22 years, and Around the Clock Inc. has managed our HOA for nearly that entire time. This perspective comes from long-term experience, not a single incident. Over the years, the most consistent issue has been a lack of communication and responsiveness from management. Attempts to reach the company by phone are generally unsuccessful, and email responses are often delayed or never received. One example occurred about 15 years ago when the management company changed the bank used for automatic HOA payments. This change was not communicated to our household. Our bank confirmed that payments were still being sent to Around the Clock Inc., yet a lien was placed on our home due to the payment processing issue. When we attempted to contact the management company by phone, we received no response. Eventually, through email communication and considerable effort on our part, the issue was investigated and it was acknowledged that our household had not been notified of the banking change. The situation was eventually resolved, but it required significant time and stress due to the lack of communication. In another instance, when I raised concerns about unanswered calls and emails, the response minimized the issue and suggested that additional attempts should have been made to establish contact. At the same time, management indicated that they typically send only one communication regarding important matters and do not follow up beyond that. This approach makes it difficult for homeowners to resolve issues efficiently. Communication is also inconsistent in other ways. The company regularly sends emails notifying residents about office closures for holidays and extended winter leave. However, when it comes to issues that directly affect the community--such as repairs or maintenance--updates are rarely provided. For example, the security gate in our gated community has been non-operational for extended periods over the years. At the time of writing this review, the gate has been non-operational for four consecutive months with no proactive updates regarding repair progress or timelines. The impact of this lack of responsiveness is felt throughout the neighborhood. During this period of the gate not functioning, multiple vehicles in our community were broken into. Situations like this understandably raise concerns among residents about safety and accountability. Over the years, many neighbors have expressed feeling ignored and unsupported. While homeowners are held to high standards within the HOA, concerns raised about management are often dismissed with the explanation that the company manages many properties. While we understand that property management companies have multiple responsibilities, homeowners reasonably expect timely communication and basic responsiveness for the services being provided. I understand the value and benefits that an HOA can bring to a community. Unfortunately, in my experience, management by Around the Clock Inc. has not delivered those benefits. After more than two decades of dealing with these ongoing issues, the stress and frustration have significantly impacted the morale of our neighborhood. I cannot recommend this management company. Our community would benefit greatly from new management.

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone
