I'm fairly loyal to a local Reno shop, but moved closer to Carson so I thought I'd give this place a try. Dropped off a piece to be repaired and the owner (male) said it would be done in a week. Three weeks or so later I hadn't heard from them so I stopped by. Oops, they said. The repair hadn't been started yet. About a week later I get a call saying the repair is in progress and will be done by the end of the day, but they will call me. Another two weeks go by and I decide to go in in person again. The gal who was working on my repair hasn't shown up to work in days so my job was forgotten about. They said they'd do it while I wait, so I did. An hour and a half later, it was done. NOT because it was a complicated repair, but because any time someone walked into the shop she'd stop working on my job and chat with or help someone else. I will NEVER go back to this obviously disorganized, poorly run business!
