I explained that my French was not good. She spoke English very well. After choosing a style (there were 5 styles to choose from in the felt) she showed me the different color felts to choose from. There were so many choices!!! Then we chose the ribbon band and the smaller ribbon piece for the side of the hat. It was all customizable. I paid for my and left to walk the streets for an hour while they assembled my choices. I came back in an hour to see my new beautiful hat hanging behind the counter ready to go.
