My sister and I went in here by chance and I'm so glad we did! We were able to find some amazing pieces, which we tried on and fell in love with! The owner was so sweet and she took her time with us, which was great. Even though the shop is small, it's full of charm and there's so many different things in there, you're sure to find something that caters to you. advise everyone NOT to buy there. I could not have ended up in a worse store. The worker did not allow me to try a dress, "because it was not allowed due to covid-19", and she explained that I could perfectly come and change it or return it if it was not ok when i tried it outside the store. Two hours later I go back because it was too big, and I wanted to return it. She told me to search for something else to change it, but I was not interested so I asked for the refund, and she told me that was not possible. She called the manager and said the same. I reported it to the DGCCRF (because this is obviously against the customer rights) and they are already looking into it. read more

This store loves to make women look and feel beautiful for less! The service and the selection was wonderful. The only reason I only walked out with one article (a vibrant, sexy and professional poncho) of clothing is because I had not one more inch of space in my luggage. The inexpensive clothes here and the mannequins caught my attention and I stopped in. The shopkeeper is very nice and friendly although she did give me some attitude when I didn't buy all the pieces she recommended. The shopkeeper also knows how to dress you on the best way possible. Wish I could package her skills and take it home with me! There are some items that are made in France and Italy but there are items also made in China. Make sure to check the labels. We purchased two light jackets for $25 a piece and they are warm and elegant. read more

Recto-Verso is a delightful boutique and a sparkling jewel set against the backdrop of the artistic Montmartre district. From the moment my sister and I walked in, I felt cared for, attended to, and special. The woman who assisted me was warm and exceedingly skilled. I am a curvy woman and finding the right cut of clothing with the correct drape to both accentuate and flatter can be challenging. In the U.S. shopping is a cold solitary experience that can often leave you feeling disappointed. That is not the case at Recto-Verso. Within moments she came back to me with an elegant Italian shrug sweater. The material was the finest quality, and the fit was stunning. I felt like a princess. The price was very reasonable and I would have paid the same or more at home. This was hands down the best shopping experience in my life. read more
