I've texted him multiple times for an ETA or explanation, reminding him that he could've simply contacted me to say he wasn't doing the job, was delayed with the estimate or something--anything. But he showed a complete lack of regard and respect for me as a potential client who gladly was going to spend tens of thousands with his company. Fortunately, I've since moved forward with a high-quality company. Their crew began the work early last week. It's looking amazing and the needed work is already more than halfway finished.
