After scheduling challenges, he finally did a walkthrough of my house (that needed extensive renovation from water damage) on October 24. When he left on that Tuesday, he promised me a written estimate by the following Wednesday. Today is Wednesday, November 29, weeks later, and I've not heard a single peep from Rodney Jenkins. I've texted him multiple times for an ETA or explanation, reminding him that he could've simply contacted me to say he wasn't doing the job, was delayed with the estimate or something--anything. But he showed a complete lack of regard and respect for me as a potential client who gladly was going to spend tens of thousands with his company. Fortunately, I've since moved forward with a high-quality company. Their crew began the work early last week. It's looking amazing and the needed work is already more than halfway finished.
