He is a genuine guy who always keeps his client's best interest at hand. He was always easy to contact and very flexible, which I appreciate. I am very pleased after working with him and his team. From the beginning, I was given a client questionnaire. Rob used that information to find properties in areas which suited my needs and budget. He kept me in contact with his lender, Tim Learakos, who always kept me informed of the rates and gave me good faith estimates. Rob is punctual and always professional in appearance. After switching from my first realtor of several months, it took Rob just one month to find the property I recently purchased. I'm happy to say because of his diligence, two offers were accepted and I was able to make the final decision about which was I liked best. The escrow process was swift and easy. Rob made sure he and his team kept me up-to-date with the process, fees, and rates. Even after my purchase he checked on me and visited my new home to make sure everything was to my liking. I am glad I entrusted Rob and his wife, Jeanette, with helping me find - and ultimately purchase - my new home! I have already recommended, and still would easily recommend Rob's services to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thanks to the Sterlings, I am settled and happy in my new residence!
