The menu is a bit smaller, but you're not looking for much. A tortilla, meat, cheese and a veggie. There is a small amount of seating inside the main building where you order your food. You are given about how long and you wait there or in the building across the parking lot where there are tables and booths to sit and eat. You'll go get your food and get ready to eat. Wow. Filling. I had one of each of my beef and chicken tacos. I had some rice too. Great side, a rather large cup full of rice packed in. I took the rest back to the VRBO and had it later. It did not lose any flavor. No oomph lost, still tasted great. Mexican food was something the family and I weren't expecting to find in Maine, but glad we found this place. I'm sure a restaurant with inside seating with AC and heat are in the future. The bathroom walking around the side of main building is a bit inconvenient but hey they have one available.

We started with the fresh guacamole, blue corn chips, and their Christmas sauce a combination of red and green sauce. Oh man Christmas came early! That sauce was so good I almost asked for it in a cup with a straw. My wife ordered the steak burrito, and it was so big she couldn't finish it. Imagine that! I ordered the enchiladas topped with a fried egg, refried beans, and rice. Oh boy, I was stuffed but somehow kept eating like I was training for the Mexican Food Olympics. Our daughter ordered the same thing as Dad, but hers was smothered in that delicious holiday sauce. She couldn't finish hers either. My wife and daughter are a couple of wimps! Okay, that seemed fair. Then she confessed that she still had to make the tacos, so it would take about 20 minutes, and suggested that we should go sightseeing. Well, we'd already been sightseeing all morning and were ready to eat! Plus we'd spent hours the previous day trying to find this place because she hadn't updated her location for months online, only updating it the morning we placed our order. Even with the new address, it was puzzling to find. The only sign was on the northern perimeter, giving the impression it was the neighbor's driveway that led to the food truck, so we pulled in there initially. The truck is actually tucked parallel to the side of her house, down a long driveway -- so it's essentially hidden from the road unless one really scans the entire property while driving by.  When the order was finally ready, we couldn't charge the meal because her credit system wouldn't read a standard VISA with a chip or a swipe. So be sure you have Canadian currency. There's no place to sit or eat there, so we drove to the national park to eat. The tacos were tasty and a good quality. We particularly liked that the fish wasn't heavily battered. All the other food trucks we've tried across the country are good-to-go when we are, so the food is ready to be cooked or plated, and the order is ready in minutes. This cook/owner needs to rethink her priorities, especially during open hours. If she'd had all of her food ready to be ordered, we wouldn't have cared if she was moonlighting in the compost while she waited for customers.
