I've  worked service industry lots so I understand how it works and how unprofessional the whole interaction was - i then snapped back at her and said if she had time to stand there and do nothing she had time to answer her effin phones and I left. The manager then called me SCREAMING and yelling about 3 minutes after I left the store , so unbelievable unprofessional I'm so taken back. ( I recorded her but unfortunately I cannot upload on here). Saying things like "she was older than me and knows more ( I giggled @ such an irrelevant comment)  & how we ate half of the order (I told her at the counter that the only thing we ate was the sandwich we had ordered - everything else was in the bag) she was mad she refunded me the sandwich back with the rest of the $65 order. I've never Incounterd such a vile person who managed a resurant and calls customers screaming at them.
