Nathan & Shiloh De Martino - Realtors AZ

The most amazing husband and wife team. We moved to Arizona from Hawaii in 2021, and Shiloh was…read morevery helpful and super friendly from the start, our initial connection was through IG. We were referred to them by family we trusted, so when we finally got to Arizona, during the midst of the Pandemic, we were able to find our home that fit based on what we were looking for. We were more than appreciative for the time that was set aside for us to go house to house. We seen a bunch of homes in one day, Shiloh was so patient with us and took her time and gave us her undivided attention. When we put our offer in for our home, Nathan was very knowledgeable in running numbers, which got our offer accepted within hours, and had a smooth closing process. From the beginning to end we were very pleased with our buying process here. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a home here in Arizona.

They are not only the most genuine couple we've ever met, but they're the most non- pressure real estate team we've ever come into contact with while in Phoenix metro. They helped us sell our house which had a few potential issues. One by one, they helped us address the challenges while obtaining the highest price for our house. They provided us options and strategies with potential results - all of which cane true. Results: we ended up with 7 offers within two days and were able to close on the sell of house within 45 days. The pictures and advertising that Shiloh provided were spectacular. The direction and advocacy that Nathan provided was priceless. What a team, and someone you can trust that will exceed your expectations.

We have had the pleasure of working with Deborah Lago, any time we have had a repair of any issues she responds immediately and gets my work order done! I love the home that we live in! We love how they value their customers and simply checking in to make sure everything is still in order with the home! Definitely recommend to anyone who is on the search of renting their next home!

I obtained Fort Lowell Realty in 2021 to manage my duplex. In the beginning, I had responsive and…read morecommunicative property managers. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!
