All the staff were incredibly pleasant and while i waited for the car to come back i sat in a very pleasant area equipped with a flat screen TV, all the days newspapers and all the fresh tea and coffee I could drink. I was asked to go and look at the tyres on my car as they needed replacing and the workshop was as unlike a garage as I have ever seen. Spotlessly clean, incredibly organised and all the staff were so helpful When you have a BMW you expect a certain level of service - Batemans absolutely provides that
