Went here while traveling through Round Rock and had a good experience. There is street parking,…read morebut also a lot and a garage nearby so you may have to walk a block to get to the restaurant (no biggie). We were seated right away and had a very good waitress. She was attentive and helpful and refilled my drink regularly. The dirty plates were cleared without me even noticing, so she was good at being non disruptive. The pasta definitely tastes homemade and is so good! I wasn't super hungry so I split a meal with my friend and they had no problem bringing us two plates. Good homemade bread too. By the time we left at 7pm all the tables and bar were full so they do good business. I would recommend this restaurant and would come here again if I am ever in town.

I order the same 2 items from Palermo, lasagna and a pizza either ricotta, fennel sausage and pepperoni. I should have known that my food would be subpar when they had to check if they were still taking to go orders at 5:00pm. My spouse picked up the order so had no idea of what to expect but when they got home not only was there no bag with bread and Parmesan cheese, I just knew it was a show. Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. No I will not be returning, an absolute waste of a drive and money. Do better.

There was a wait so they gave our young daughter a water and bread while we waited, then scooted an extra seat over for us. Dining pacing was excellent too. Despite being packed with diners and to-go orders, our food came out at just the right timing and was fresh. No stacking entrees on top of appetizers and salads--everything came out right after we were finished with each previous item. And the food itself was phenomenal with generous portions. We wish we had this restaurant back home where we're from!

We got apps of cheese sticks and bruschetta. Sticks were ok, clearly frozen. The bruschetta has weird taste to me, not sure what it was. I got the chicken parm, my go to at any Italian joint. Was not good. The breading was mush and the chicken has no seasoning at all. It tasted more like boiled chicken that was in bread crumbs, then had canned/jarred sauce dump on it and tossed under broiler. The spaghetti reminded of high school lunch. Honestly, not worth the $71 plus tip. Food didn't affect tip, not waitress fault the food is trash. I'd rather go to OG any day than go back here.
