This place was near where I'm staying and I had a need so I ventured out. Admittedly, I haven't…read morebeen to a laundromat in quite a few years nor have I been to any others in this area so I don't know much in terms of comparison but here's what I do know. They're open 7:00am -10:00pm every day of the week. I did both a drop off the day before and washed a load myself one Thursday afternoon. There were only a few people coming and going while I was there but I was told by another customer that they are absolutely packed on weekends so I will plan accordingly if I need to go back. The same customer told me they had the best prices in town. Also worth noting - neither the drop off service or machines accept credit cards; cash only but they do have a change machine on site. The young lady working was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions and even made recommendations on which machines to use (they have 3 different sizes). The facility was relatively clean, the floors had a fair amount of lint but the machines themselves looked pristine. The attendant did vacuum while I was there. There are a few seats inside and more outside. No air conditioning but enough fans going to keep it tolerable on a hot July afternoon. Laundry came out fine...paid $4 for the load I did myself and it took just under an hour for the whole process. Was just under $14 for the load I dropped off and the folding was outstanding! But this Cudney's certainly impressed me. It was brightly lit and warm, and for a self-service laundromat, it was also very clean and well maintained. My mom has been to other laundromats in the area (beyond the Cudney's cleaners), and she likes this site much better - very few machines out of order (and when they are, they're marked), and she's never had a problem with close smelling off after being washed here (she has at others). It does seem to me that for a laundromat of this size, there weren't enough chairs for customers to sit. Also, I was not aware of a bathroom on site. I guess you have to walk next door to Stewart's?

I attached a photo here. The sleeves has big wrinkles, which is new. It is the fist time this shirt be washed. My husband told me the lady said we can iron it ourself again later. But it looks doesn't can be repaired by wash and iron again. In the end: Will never go this place, they lie their customer when the first time give it to my husband. They said it can be ironed well. Called Consumer Protection and Federal Trade Commission. The laundromat completely ruined them with both the length being shrunk and as a result the texture being ruined on all 4 panels. Their official store receipt explicitly states they will pay "up to 10x the cost of service" for damage, which equals $640. The actual replacement cost for my drapes was less. Despite their own written policy covering this full amount, they refuse to pay the amount to replace. The staff when I went in person said it shouldn't be a problem to get fully refunded. Now after numerous calls over the past few weeks, the manager of the organization will not reach out to me and is using his team to act as the in-between. They also admitted that no one even knows who monitors or accesses their company email inbox, making communication impossible. Because this business does not care about making things right and treating their customers fairly by honoring their written guarantees, I have officially filed formal complaints with the New York State Attorney General's Office and the Division of Consumer Protection. Beware of doing business here if you value your textiles. Please see the before and after photos to make your own judgement.
