It's a combination of a quick stop health food store and restaurant. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I kept it light and ordered a Tropical Paradise smoothie, which was absolutely delicious, along with a curry chickpea empanada. Nothing disappointed. I ate on the cafe side this time around, but they have a nice dining area, so I would love to come back and enjoy a full meal. No doubt this would be a go-to spot for me if I lived here!

The great: + Cute smoothie and juice bar for you to enjoy after your sauna session. + Convenient Old City location. + Sweet touches like writing names on a sign to welcome you, essential oil wipes, ample towels, etc. + The sauna itself is as good as it gets for this kind of experience. Super clean facility and they take a lot of pride in the space. The less great: + I would find it hard to justify the cost of membership with so many clubs around town offering saunas as part of their full gym experience. A 45 minute sessions for two was ~$119. + There was no working remote for us the day I was there to update the infrared lights. Not a huge deal but something that is a key part of the sauna experience not working might turn future customers off. + The plug in for your phone also was really spotty and the speakers kept going in and out. We ended up ditching it and going for silence instead. + Both the sauna space and space outside of the sauna is too small for two people. Overall if you're a sauna enthusiast with lots of discretionary income, OR you're just looking for a new way to escape the winter blues - this is a great option here in Philly.

I've convinced my husband, friends, and even some of my husbands friends to come. Every time I leave a sauna session I feel absolutely amazing, and it certainly helps to have a smoothie waiting for you when you're done! I usually do the 30 minute session and I bring the remote in to cycle through all of the infrared light colors. The smoothie options are soo good and I love that they offer seasonal blends too- always something new to try.

At restaurants I'm a "get one thing and only get one thing" kind of guy, and for me that's the double Texas Ringer here. The selection of snacks at the register is very carefully curated. Mostly all-natural/clean on-the-go foods, with a few recognizable brands found at Whole Foods. I love that they partnered with Cymbiotika, too. The wellness aspect of the store truly impressed me. I also want to note how clean it was inside. I got a quick "hello" from the employee at the front, but he appeared to be packing an online order, and was the only associate in the store. I perused the menu until he was ready to assist. I ordered the açaí power bowl. Everything was cold and fresh - the granola added a nice amount of crunch and the banana mixed in the açaí was my favorite part. I added a pinch of cinnamon when I got back to my desk. Great spot to pick up healthy snacks and juices for those busier days!
