I got the lemonade across the street from LACMA, the truck was parked with a row of other trucks on Wilshire Blvd. The man seemed really nice, it would have been nice if they had samples to try. I did ask if he did but he said everything is made fresh to order however if you want people to buy it wouldn't hurt to have a small little tray of teeny tiny cups to pass around to patrons so you can attract more business. Just saying! But they do advertise that they are all natural, custom order, cocktail style lemonades. Anyhow I asked him what was the most popular he said the Passion Fruit or Rose. I ended up going with the small passion fruit lemonade. It was good however after a while it did get a little tangy for my taste and I didn't really finish it. They had other flavors like watermelon, strawberry, rasberry, cantaloupe, peach, cherry, honey dew, etc. They also offer iced tea and popcorn. I wanted popcorn so bad but he said they only do that at night time. BOO HOO! Prices were $4.00 for small, prices were a lil steep for a drink but than again it's a food truck, gotta make money somehow. :) All in all it was not a bad experience. Our most favorite food vendor at the MAY 15TH OC NIGHT MARKET!!! By far the best tasting strawberry lemonade I've ever had. Loved the light up ice cube and the large mason jar souvenir bottle. Mason jar refill drinks are only $5. Got there just after they opened and there was no wait. They have a wide variety of lemonades, in different and unique flavors like mangonada and lychee. They were tasty but they were also SUPERR overpriced... Tried them out at 626 Night Market and paid $11 for lemonade in a mason jar with a color changing ice cube. We got the lychee lemonade but it was basically just canned lychee juice and lychees mixed with lemonade. It was tasty but it really wasn't worth $11 good... Giving it 2 stars because I felt like it wasn't worth the price point. Different story if edible gold flakes were in the lemonade. LOL read more

Again, this was at a street fair, which likely caused a longer line/wait time than usual (that's just a guess). The kale salad was delicious. [Review #228] After our visit at LACMA, we noticed the long line of food trucks still parked along Wilshire Blvd. I decided to run over & grab a drink from Main Squeeze Lemonade before heading home. It was past lunch rush so there's no line. After perusing the menu, I ordered a cherry limeade; I forgot to go easy on the ice, knowing that the cup will be at least half-filled with ice. And I was right, my cup was filled slightly more than half ice (when it should be filled no more than a 1/3 of the cup). =( At $4.00 for a 16 fl. oz. cup filled with excessive ice, that's a rip-off. I barely had a sip before my daughter was begging for her turn. My first thought was where's the cherry flavor? I did not see nor taste any cherries in the limeade. WTH!?! By the time I had a second sip to check, we were already across the street towards to parking structure that I couldn't go back to get the drink fixed. We were the only customers... there was no one waiting before or after us, so I can't understand how MSL could forget to add in the cherry flavor. I do not believe they use fresh fruits since they advertise using "natural fruit flavors," not fresh fruits other than the lemonade/limeade itself. The limeade drink itself was packed with lime taste & a bit on the sour side. My daughter liked the drink & compared it to Hot Dog On A Stick's Cherry Limeade, & said there's no cherry taste. That's pretty bad for my LO to use HDS as a comparison to Main Squeeze Lemonade, especially since HDS uses artificial syrups & food coloring, HFCS, & a lot of sugar; in addition, it was more than 4 years ago when she had her first & last drink from HDS. :-O Main Squeeze Lemonade squeezed out more $$$ from my wallet instead of lemons. I got an Arnold Palmer with lychee and it was pretty good. It was definitely unique compared to any other Arnold Palmers that I have got because of the flavor. The drink is a good mix of sour with the added flavor. They have many options of flavors to add into the lemonade if you want something else. 2016 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 021/100 Visited Main Squeeze for the first time today at the OC Night Market! I was hoping for more flavors, but they only had 4-5. I just went basic and got the strawberry lemonade. Probably the fastest booth to give me my order, which was good. They also came in massive mason jars which were cute and Instaworthy, but quite large, heavy and annoying to carry. The flavor was good, although it could have been stronger and sweeter. I went when it was still light outside, but I saw some Snapchats and Instagram pictures of them later in the evening. They put cool lights in the drinks to light them up! read more

Yelp, let me tell you a secret. I've always hated lemonade. I've never had good enough lemonade to make me think I liked it, and when I did try it, it was too sour for me to enjoy. So I grew up thinking I hated lemonade. Yuck! So sour. How do people drink it? Carl, and the guys at Main Squeeze lemonade changed my life forever. It was a beautiful day at the Redondo arts center, and I was enjoying the music and delicious food (a Lobster Grilled Cheese from Mainely Lobster to be precise!), when I come across this fantastically designed truck, I had never seen such a beautiful shade of turquoise and it happened to be my favorite color. I was so curious to see what they were selling! I'm as blind as a bat and didn't have my glasses on that night, but upon approaching its glorious entirety, I finally saw the yellow lemons on the truck. At the window was the blur of a huge smile and a nest full of curly hair. Carl, was his name, and lemonade was his game! I was warmly greeted by Carl and crew, as I approached the menu boards. As I stated earlier, I wasn't a fan of lemonade, so I just looked through their options and was amazed to see that they had some tempting flavors that appealed to my better nature. Honeydew lemonade? What! Mango, Pineapple, Passionfruit, Rose? That all sounded incredible! But I was afraid of leaving my comfort zone, I didn't like lemonade and was afraid of that sour, disappointing taste in my mouth. I was offered a sample! Mango lemonade, wow. I am a Mango-anything lover, and that fusion made my tongue so happy, I loved it! I was ecstatic to have discovered such a fantastic taste, and astonished to realize that it was lemonade! I wanted to try them all!!!!!!!!! But I did not have enough money or enough bladders to try them all then. Hehe. So I got a Mango lemonade and ran off to tell the world and send them over to Carl at Main Squeeze to discover an unearthly, beautifully hand crafted beverage. Over the next few weeks I was able to try other flavors (Pineapple, Honeydew, and Passionfruit --or "Passion for Maddy" is what they called it, and I was just as in love and ecstatic about each one. My favorite remains Mango, but Honeydew is right beside it! This lemonade is worth every cent! Fresh as can be, and unimaginably delicious. Not only is their lemonade amazing, their customer service is just as great! They're attentive, friendly, fast, and passionate about their fresh squeezed lemonade. I hate to give this place 2 stars because I really like their lemonade, but today I had a pretty bad experience. Their lemonade was good as usual - not too sweet, with fresh fruit flavors. However, for the first time today, I decided to try the drink with boba. The boba was, in a word, inedible. It tasted like cardboard, and the texture was a complete gelatinous mush... absolutely disgusting. When I looked closer, I could see that the boba was light colored - almost translucent - which showed how much it was coming apart. You could also see gelatinous tendrils floating off of them. I don't see how someone could've looked at that boba and still decided to serve it. Drink was pretty much completely ruined, but since I had paid $5 for it (not cheap for lemonade), I carried the cup around with me all night just so I could take it home and filter out the boba. This cost more than the food plate I got and my ice cup with a squirt of juice was so tart that it gave me heart burn. My son's was pretty good, but not enough to warrant a second trip. This was my first time at the truck (6/10/17 at the Autry Museum movie night event) and I ordered an Arnold Palmer and a Thai Tea. I asked for no ice in my Arnold Palmer due to my sensitivity to cold and was told that I couldn't ask for no ice because they don't like to serve the drinks with no ice. I explained to the cashier that I had a temperature sensitivity disorder with my teeth and he replied with "the best I can do is easy ice, but I have to put ice because we don't like serving it without ice". Now, my family has multiple business, including a restaurant and a food truck, and we pride ourselves in customer service. I am thankful that the cashier at least offered to do light ice, but I am also dumbfounded that they couldn't serve my drink with no ice. I understand that in a business perspective, the owners are trying to make a larger profit by filling the cup with ice and adding just a bit of juice and yet charging $3, $4 for it, and most customers are happy with that. But if a customer asks for no ice due to an actual medical reason or even if they just want to get their money's worth, why would you not cater to them, instead of telling them that "you don't like to serve the drinks like that"?! You're in a customer service business! The point is to SERVE the customer, not tell the customer what they're going to have because you don't like doing something.. The drinks tasted great and I give the company full credit for that. But in order for this good company to become an outstanding company, I think that a bit of customer service needs to be enforced. I apologize for my 3 star review, but I hope it brings attention to an issue. And I will gladly change my review to a 5 star once I re-visit the truck and see that the issue has been addressed. read more
