Scheduled an appointment for 7:30 about a month ago, but didn't double check for my lab scripts…read moreuntil the night before, believing my PCP office had sent them. At check in, the tech was understanding, caring, and met me more than halfway. She would honor my appointment once I was able to get the scripts in hand. Took care of that and I checked in as a walk in, she called me back within 7 minutes. Not only was she fantastic but also the tech that took the bloodwork. She was patient and compassionate to my unease with needles and took the time to make conversation and keep me from becoming overwhelmed. It was clearly an avoidable issue on my end, I could have better prepared and double checked and I had plenty of time to. Thank you guys for what you do, for working with me and for being genuine good people.

All the other Labcorp locations always provide an email address to email doctor scripts. Not this location so be advised! Beware of the front desk receptionist who is a phlebotomist as well. I overheard her talking to another customer about what I had asked her, regarding an email address, to send scripts to she pulled the review I posted online and started laughing. Needless to say I walked out with my doctor's script and refused service, since I did not TRUST her after she had billed my insurance provider. I will never return here to this location again! After a…read moreHORRIFIC experience at the Berwyn location last week, I took my 5 year old to the paoli location for labs (my insurance only allows us to go to labcorp). He was very upset and scared, crying and hard to manage. When I say the women working was a saint, I'm not exaggerating. Not only was she extremely professional and kind, but she also didn't make me feel bad for how hard of a time my son was having. It took almost 90 minutes to get him calm enough to finally draw his blood. During that time other people came and by the end of us being there the waiting room was busy (she was helping other people in between checking in on us for a while, only at the end did she have people waiting) and she still did not make me feel bad. Even after a person waiting gave her a hard time and complained, she was calm and polite to them. Sadly in today's world I find it a rare to come across someone who is not only kind, but professional too. I felt very strongly that I needed to share what an amazing experience we had today.
