Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. Repeatedly offering to "buff it out," which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get--but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with.
