Ridgway Office & Mercantile, STAT!…read more Conveniently located on the corner of Shermin and Cora Street is the Ridgway Office & Mercantile store. I just gotta say, when you first walk in don't be fooled folks. It may be small but it's mighty and has many of the services and office supplies you'd expect at a larger office supply store! Seriously...they pack, ship, copy, print, fax, laminate and so much more than office supplies galore! Need a P.O. box? They've got that. Need some dry cleaning? Need some cool and unique gifts? They've got you covered! Need your coins counted? Yep, got that too. All in all this office supply store is DA BOMB! And y'all know how much I love to support small businesses! Store owners Spencer and Erin were super cool, professional and extremely helpful. Gabby was our sales associate the night we went in and she was awesome too! WOOT! Five stars all around!

A few weeks ago they called me to tell that they need to upgrade my service and a tech would attend my house at an agreed time. They never showed, no one ever called until over a week later. Initial Yelp message on Sunday went unreturned, but talked to someone first thing Monday morning. They had a replacement screen, and we arranged transportation logistics for the 1.5 hour one way trip from Telluride to Montrose and back so as not to distrust our skiing. First screen replacement was defective so they had to order another. Delay in getting the replacement. Finally got the replacement late Tuesday and received the phone back on Wednesday. Very nice woman called to apologize and arrange for payment. Despite the delays, I would recommend.
