I cannot recommend the house cleaning portion of this business, though the carpet cleaning was…read moreexcellent. Our experience with the cleaner, Susana, was highly unprofessional from the start. It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

(deep clean) Im only giving them 2 stars because the communication with the owner was excellent but I will never book with them again. I asked for a deep clean which was suppose to include kitchen 2 bathrooms living room and dusting all rooms. my house is not big at all. To my surprise the cleaner spent the entire day at my house yet had to come back to "wash" my shower. She didn't even scrub the showers, even after coming back to do just that, ended up stained my toilet, and didn't dust my bedrooms. She cleaned my stove and oven and left that pretty clean! she cleaned the outside of my cabinets but after inspecting them yesterday had a bunch of chemical residue. I am extremely disappointed, I really thought I was booking a service from a company with high standards.

I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

Initially the first day was a confusion amongst my tenants and she drove there and my tenants weren't home so I asked her if she would like to be compensated for her time and she said no, she would come back next day. I was quoted for her deep cleaning that was 430$ that was supposed to have the baseboards, fan blades, windows and everything deep cleaned, that was not the case. Karla was confused on what time to come and came 45 minutes late. I was quoted on a 4-5 hour job and she was there for 2 & 1/2 hours and still charged me full price, it's like her being late gave her a reason to do a subpar job on my house. It would have been fine if the job was done early and it was clean but my tenants were home and the restrooms were still dirty, the kitchen counter top still had food on it, fan blades still had dust on top of them, and the baseboards weren't even touched. I would not recommend.
