I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). Originally purchased a groupon for 1.5 hours 2 people for $100. It was a while ago since our house was professionally deep-cleaned and we didn't realize it had been so dirty until after they left! First they were very on time. I was told they'd come at 1pm first but I asked for 1:30pm and the scheduling lady said ok but for some reason they still showed up at 1pm. It's OK we're still home anyway just haven't finished our lunch. Grace and her partner loaded their gear in 10 mins, then off they went to clean the bathrooms. After the small bathroom was done, grace moved on to the kitchen. Her partner did such a good job in my bathroom. She bleached the heck out of the 2 year old bathtub stain! And I really appreciated that she asked if she could use bleach first before she proceeded. She also wiped down everything including the baseboard and light fixtures, tidied up my toiletries and even straightened out the towels and the TP in a triangle like a hotel! Grace also did an amazing job with the other bathroom. She also cleaned every surface in the kitchen, inside the microwave, swept the floor even underneath the couch and the edge right below the area rug, mopped the floor and now it feels so nice on our bare feet.....
