Another impressive aspect was the added service they offered for times I may be away traveling. Omar and his wife, Glorisol, offered for a small cost to send someone to bring in the mail, turn on lights, and keep an eye on the house to give it a lived-in appearance. I get weekly housekeeping services from Maidpro. Mara and Yoslady have been cleaning my home for nearly a year. They respect my home and they always do a great job. My bed is always perfectly made. I love that the pros wear shoe protectors as I don't allow shoes worn in my home. They pay attention to detail and leave my home clean, neat and smelling fresh. The owners Omar and Glorisol are both friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised one evening when they gifted me a beautiful arrangement of red roses for Mother's Day. This kind gesture exemplifies the appreciation and compassion Maidpro has for their customers. I highly recommend their services and if at first you are not satisfied, simply request a different pro until you find the pro whom you are most satisfied with. I normally don't bother to write reviews because usually I don't receive great service. However, this time it was exceptionally very different. Today Madelaine showed up on time and I must say that she was very professional and polite. She explained what she was going to do and she asked for my permission before she started to work. Awesome service all the way through from the first call into MaidPro's when I spoke with Hannah all the way through and speaking with Mr. Pagan the business owner. I can literally say I have received excellent service from this company and everyone I spoke with. I highly recommend MaidPro's of South Miami they people are great and they get 5 stars from me. Extremely nasty service. They require 2 business days to make any changes to your schedule or they charge you the full service as cancellation fee., they send reminder 2 days before so if you do have to make a change, it will be with a fee. However, they screwed up the schedule once and had to reschedule my service due to no fault of my own and I allowed it because I'm a nice person. So when I had something come up and needed to cancel my Tuesday service on the Friday before (5 whole days before the service) still they say we need to charge a fee to cancel that day. The lady that cleans my home is nice, but these people are unreasonable. Don't use them. Go to someone else. read more

I have to be honest, I was at first a bit nervous to hire a cleaning person that I could trust in my home since moving to Miami two years ago. After doing research, I found Maid Pro and thank goodness I did. This company is run by professionals. Omar and Glorisol are very attentive in making sure our Maid Pro has done their job. The pricing is very good. I am so pleased they assigned Maria Lopez to my home. She is wonderful, trustworthy and very good at her job. I look forward to my continue bi-weekly service. Absolutely a fantastic cleaning service. A crew of 3 cleaned my newly purchased townhouse including the garage and patio. My floors were sparkling and the bathrooms were sanitized and looked brand new. The crew wiped down all the blinds, the cabinets inside and out and polished the only piece of furniture we had before we actually moved in. Excellent service! I had construction done in my house and all my furniture, pictures, floors, counters were full of construction debris. They went above and beyond to book me a last minute service for the next day. They came in and worked really hard to leave my house spotless!! All of the things I requested and much more got done!!
