Joanna, Amanda, and Rose did an amazing job doing a one time clean! Right on time, super friendly and did a great job working around the decorations up for my Grandsons first birthday! I highly recommend them, and I think I'm going to get them to come and do a monthly clean for me! read more

Needed service for readying our house to show & sell. We had Bella, Bri, and Joanna, and they did a very good job. In and out pretty quickly for what we needed too! read more

Carol and Kristine did a first rate clean. They are reliable and thorough. We are moving and are planning on using Maid Pro at our new location. read more

Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a cleaning service. The staff they sent was outstanding -- friendly and hard-working. I highly recommend!! read more

This was our first visit from Kristen. She worked very hard and did a great job. Always happy with the service from Maidpro.

I hired Maid Pro to do a "Move Out" cleaning. The house was totally empty. I discussed over the phone what I expected. The manager asked me a bunch of routine questions, size of home, number of rooms etc. He asked me what I would consider the condition of the home from 1-5. 5 being the dirtiest. I was honest and said 4. after all we just moved out. We are out of state so I had my son check on the work after they were done. He took videos and pictures and sent them to me. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I'm not sure what they did in 3 1/2 hours other than vacuum and wash the floors. Other things were done partially. Think twice before hiring. Manager was completely rude. His reply, your house was dirtier than we expected. My reply was, so why didn't you call to discuss this with me instead of calling the job done? Isn't that what I hired you for? The cleaning crew left a generic list with EVERYTHING checked off the was "done". Hmmmm how can they dust furniture that is not there? Fold and hang towels that are not there? Ect..... Also, the lead crew member lied and said my neighbor said something about the house when he let them in that was not said, as a matter of fact NO words were even exchanged at all!! He just opened the door and left. I capsule go on and on but I tired of hashing this whole situation over and over. read more

They could be on time to start. They could not spend an hour and a half in a tiny bathroom that did not constitute the time spent. They could actually clean the entire bathroom, they still missed things. Same with the kitchen and they didn't even get to the rest of the place. When I expressed my disappointment to the owner, he basically implied that my bathroom was below average and implied it must have been horrendous. He didn't see my bathroom to judge this. I didn't have a lot of grout issues and yet the areas I did have still were not cleaned properly. I felt judged by someone who was not here and it definitely wasn't worth the money. I will now have to still clean myself. Expensive lesson to learn. read more

We have used this service for several years, typically a full clean at least once per month with our busy family. I would say 90% of the team members that come do excellent work. They care about their job and their clients. Every business have people who just try to "get by" and so there are a few in the 10% like that. Scott, the owner, is always responsive to my feedback saying I would not like someone to come again and why. Recently, Emily and Carol have been coming (as they rotate a once or twice a year). Kari is one of the trainers and she is the best. Everyone's opinion of their cleanliness is relative. (some people cannot smell their own stinky breath, right?) They are occasionally late if a clean before me has tons of pet hair, mouse droppings (gross), dust, knick knacks on shelves, or underestimated first time clean. I appreciate their communication and responsiveness to my requests and needs. read more

I started using MaidPro earlier this year. I have been very satisfied with the service rendered. I am especially pleased with the cleaner that cleans my house every month. Liney is very conscientious and does an excellent job. She is very respectful of my home and belongings. read more

We have been using the Maid Pro service for about four years. We have had a number of their employees over the years and have always been satisfied. It is obvious that they have all gone through extensive training as they all approach each task in a similar effective and efficient way. They bring their vacuums and other cleaning tools and all necessary supplies with them. Today we had Audrey and Amaya. We have had both of them on many occasions and are always very pleased with both of them. The cost is very reasonable and put on our credit card. read more

New to the area and had Lisa, Kayla and Tamara recently for a first home clean. They were friendly, efficient and very easy to work with. We look forward to using the Maid Pro team on a monthly basis! read more

I have had the pleasure of using MaidPro for 5 cleanings so far. The cleaners are so pleasant and thorough. They don't mind me dog hanging out with them, and in fact greet him warmly. While having a clean home is priceless, MaidPro is very reasonable. Lots of nice touches and extras. I LOVE THEM! read more

The cleaning associates that we had today were incredible! They arrived on time and were very friendly. Gave them a walk through of the parts of our home that needed cleaning and they asked appropriate questions when necessary. Our floors have never looked so beautiful! I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism by all 4 cleaning Pros. The PRO(s) that we had were Diana, Susana, Carol and Jessica M. Will continue hiring them moving forward. Thanks again! read more

Another great cleaning by MaidPro. Today I had Amber and she did a great job! She took great care to ensure my home was clean and straightened. I continue to have great cleanings every two weeks. read more

10/29/19: lowering my rating only due to today's interaction with Jenna. Due to changes in my budget, I called to cancel the service. Jenna was very rude and dismissive. No-one deserves to be treated this way, especially since I might be looking to re-start the service in the future. Now based on the way Jenna treated me, I will be looking elsewhere when I am ready to resume a cleaning service, which will be happening. So much for customer service...terrible. People need to be treated well and with kindness regardless of whether they are using the service or not, especially when you don't know what someone is dealing with and were a customer. 10/18/19: Just had a clean with Alison and it was the best one so far! Alison is very personal, kind and engaging, even my dog took to her right away. She fully focused on the job at hand and I am very happy with the service I got today! THANK YOU Alison! read more

After a long conversation with Andrew and receiving an estimate, we were ready to schedule an appointment. We called to get on their schedule and were then told they can not provide service because we were 1/2 hr away and the price of gas is too high. What? read more

Bella came for the third time today and we are even more impressed. Usually my husband cleans up the stove but today he forgot so we had one gnarly black stove top but Bella cleaned it better than we do and it has never looked so good. I am recovering from surgery and fell asleep in the living room and Bella carefully dusted and mopped and vacuumed around me and I did not even wake up. She is a wonder and we are so happy we chose MaidPro. read more

Today was our fifth cleaning over the past 4 months. The service and results have been consistently great and just what I was looking for. Each service visit has been led by Kelsey, who is wonderful. Today she was joined by Bri, also very detailed and thorough. The crews are following all COVID protocols and we are very comfortable with their approach. Before Kelsey leaves, she asks if there is anything else that needs attention, making sure that we are satisfied. Just great service with a smile, and our home is so clean and comfortable when they leave. read more

Taking pride in your work appears to be a lost art... I haven't felt this disappointed in awhile. My family paid nearly $600 to have our house cleaned as a birthday gift to me. Maidpro did a very poor/amateur job. I was told 4 cleaners would work from 9 until 12. Initially, three girls were here for the first hour and then another one came later. A couple of times I was asked if they were supposed to clean a few different rooms. ?? At 11am I was asked to walk through before they finished up on the floors. Much of the house wasn't dusted or just swiped with a damp cloth on the edges of the furniture. When asked about this, I was told "we aren't allowed to move stuff". A couple rooms weren't even touched and when I asked if they were cleaned, I got shrugged shoulders. I was put in a very awkward position being the cleaning "police" and having to point out complete areas that weren't even touched. I was embarrassed for them! The bathroom sinks still have toothpaste in them and the tubs had the same soap ring from before maidpro arrived. Rebecca and Bella stayed back for awhile to clean up the mess left and I appreciated their effort. What was promised was not fulfilled. I let Scott know and he offered no empathy, even insinuating that my expectations were too high, as they have "many satisfied customers". He said he would adjust the price, but the house still isn't clean! So I'm off to clean and polish my furniture and stainless appliances to remove dirty swipes left behind, scrub sinks and tubs, vacuum cobwebbed corners, windows and baseboards. Lesson learned! I guess it goes back to...if you want something done right, do it yourself! read more

Very accommodating in working changes in products or cleaning methods. Elisha thorough and cooperative and anxious to leave me satisifed.
