Three cleaners came. Two handled the bathrooms and one handled the kitchen. The ones who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. However, the bathroom smelled deep of chemicals afterwards. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. I left for the weekend right after they finished and came home days later to an apartment filled with propane. Second, dealing with the owner was uncomfortable. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment. I appreciate the hard work of the cleaners, but the safety risk and management style are major red flags.

I understand people get sick, but atleast ensure proper coverage for the same day for those situatuons. They couldn't find anyone to cover until after Christmas. At that point we were so disappointed and didn't want to work with them anymore, so I reached out to Ricky again. He was able to find a team to do the cleaning for immediately. This was for our post home renovation project, carpet and tiles removed and hardwood floors installed, so plenty of dust from the air pretty much coated every surface of kitchen bathroom and furniture that was even covered.
