Amazing Maids is exactly what you want in a cleaning service. Scheduling was simple and painless,…read morecommunication was prompt and clear every step of the way, and the pricing is fair for what you actually get. The crew that came out was friendly, professional, and clearly took their work seriously. They were thorough - we're talking baseboards, corners, surfaces that often get a pass. The house was immaculate when they left. Not "looks clean at first glance" immaculate. Actually immaculate. Highly recommend if you want a cleaning service that does what it says it's going to do.

My visit was with Kara…read more To set the scene: we live in a very light colored apartment with two dogs and yes, we clean, but we don't deep clean nearly enough and there is dog hair galore. Kara arrived ready to go - super friendly, bubbly, and COVID safe. We went over what my very basic expectations were as a first time house cleaning user and then we took the dogs and left - mostly because I think I would be awkward, not her. I got home and man, I don't even want to cook dinner because it's so clean and refreshing and beautiful. The communication, from start to finish, was quick, honest, and very direct - I wasn't left with any questions. Kara is spectacular and I would 100% recommend her and Em-Maculate Cleaning for your needs. I look forward to making this a regular part of my "treat yourself" routine!

Everything the man. Leaned was amazing, the woman did not do a very good job, they ended up sending the man back to redo what she had done. We were very happy with him, he went above and beyond. We liked him so much that we didn't make an issue of him damaging our laminate flooring using soaking wet mop. Apparently he left the company and they didn't notify us. They sent out some guy we didn't know while my wife was home alone. She wouldn't let him in. When my wife called Emily, she sent her to VM. She sent a text back. She said that she had tried to contact us but didn't hear back. The only contact we got was an email that she wanted to change days. She asked for a reply if the change was okay with us. It was not so we did not reply. Also, during the time we had service from Em-Maculate Cleaning Service the price changed from hourly to fixed and the price increased without notification. When my wife tried to work things out with Emily directly she said we were too difficult as customers and she was dropping us. Who knew that asking for clear communication was "demanding".

Most places…read morechange you an extra fee for move out cleaning and/or nickel and dime you for each task required by the apartment mangers like cleaning the inside of the fridge and stove, baseboards, etc. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Now for the appointment...the crew arrived nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, which was really frustrating. Apparently Stella booked the crew for a house in Lake O and asked if I could wait a couple of hours until they finished. "Uh...no! I have an appointment." When the crew arrived, the lead cleaner made a big stink to Stella (by phone) about all of the work that needed to get done in the time allotted. I wanted them to focus on the 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and I was prepared to do the rest myself. I took a "do what you can do in 1 1/2 to 2 hours" approach since I was trying to save money, and I cleaned along side them to get the rest done. They did a good job with cleaning the areas that I designated. I noticed that the stubborn area above the stove was not cleaned, and the lead cleaner proclaimed that they tried, but it couldn't be cleaned. So I took a scrubber pad, used some elbow grease and the stains started to disappear. So she tried again and removed most of the muck. In all, I think Superior may be a good company, but the staff do have some communication issues. (I do understand a little bit of Spanish, so I had sense of what they were complaining about to Stella and amongst themselves.) The crew was nice to me. They gave me a ride up the road so that I wouldn't have to walk a mile to the bus stop. I just think they were annoyed with the scheduling mix up and hadn't been told ahead of time what I needed them to get done in the slotted time. I am used to cleaners working at a faster pace than they worked, so maybe I set my expectations too high.

My house was just not super clean. Embarrassing. Like not piles of garbage or anything but dusty and grimy. Cat hair. Lived in. I had the floors cleaned on the second to the last day so that part wasn't so bad. I looked on yelp for move out cleaners and got several quotes and this wasn't the very lowest quote ( honestly going with the lowest never works out) but it was reasonable and they were immediately responsive and we made arrangements for the last day in the house at 9am. They showed up promptly, two cleaners and their kiddo and they got to work. Adela texted me in the middle that the house was dirty (yup) and the bathtub in the primary wasn't draining ( I'd never used it not even once but Elliott the furry beast liked to sit in it uh oh). Four hours and $450 plus tip later the house was sparkly clean. I mean SPARKLY. No idea if I will get any deposit back but the house looked good! Thanks so much!

While our oven was clean and I am very appreciative of that, the two dirty racks were sitting on the counter. So literally the first thing I have to do when I get home is pick up dirty racks and then clean where the racks had been sitting. (You left your scrubber in there btw. Just in case you were missing it.) Bathroom looks great, who ever tackled that, thank you. But my 7 year old nephew could have dusted better and he's not even tall enough to reach the picture frames or book case. Walls weren't touched at all and neither was our one window. There's only one window in our place, when it's not even touched it's kinda easy to tell you missed it. I guess thanks for not stealing anything.
