I had the floors cleaned on the second to the last day so that part wasn't so bad. I looked on yelp for move out cleaners and got several quotes and this wasn't the very lowest quote ( honestly going with the lowest never works out) but it was reasonable and they were immediately responsive and we made arrangements for the last day in the house at 9am. They showed up promptly, two cleaners and their kiddo and they got to work. Adela texted me in the middle that the house was dirty (yup) and the bathtub in the primary wasn't draining ( I'd never used it not even once but Elliott the furry beast liked to sit in it uh oh). The day of the appointment they no-showed and when I messaged them to see if they were still coming they started making up a bunch of reasons why they couldn't come and how the appointment was confirmed on my end, but not on theirs (which makes no sense). It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves.
