Hired this place for a move out clean because they had all five stars. Must've been an off day…read morebecause not only did the lady show up with her husband who was obviously not a professional cleaner (everything he cleaned had to be re-done) but she showed up with no carpet cleaner when most of the reason I hired someone was because of the carpets. Unfortunately I was too sick to realize I should've just canceled the second she showed up without a carpet cleaner, so I went along with the rest of it. Once I thought about it after the fact, though, it didn't add up. She said her vacuum was broken (I told her mine was working but she didn't take me up on that offer), she said I could get the carpet stains out with Dawn (she brought Dawn but didn't offer to use it), and she kept telling me what I could do even though I told her we were in a time crunch and needed the place cleaned by tomorrow. The whole thing was a waste of money.

A homemade bath scrub left residue on a bathtub that I couldn't remove. I tried different cleaners and nothing seemed to work. She was able to make it look new after I was unable to scrub it clean for 2 years. She does such a great, thorough job that my husband suggested we hire her every 6 months to do deep cleaning. She and her team wash the windows inside and out, baseboards, ceiling fans, shutters, in addition to thorough regular house cleaning of each room. They remove all items to clean the counters and dust. Our house is sparkling. My husband is wonderful for his suggestion! And Debora is fabulous for the great work she does!! Absolutely Disastrous - Avoid at All Costs! This was, hands…read moredown, the worst experience I've ever had with any service. They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. Tried calling, phone doesn't work. Tried messaging, you don't respond. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.
