Hired this place for a move out clean because they had all five stars. Must've been an off day…read morebecause not only did the lady show up with her husband who was obviously not a professional cleaner (everything he cleaned had to be re-done) but she showed up with no carpet cleaner when most of the reason I hired someone was because of the carpets. Unfortunately I was too sick to realize I should've just canceled the second she showed up without a carpet cleaner, so I went along with the rest of it. Once I thought about it after the fact, though, it didn't add up. She said her vacuum was broken (I told her mine was working but she didn't take me up on that offer), she said I could get the carpet stains out with Dawn (she brought Dawn but didn't offer to use it), and she kept telling me what I could do even though I told her we were in a time crunch and needed the place cleaned by tomorrow. The whole thing was a waste of money.

Absolutely Disastrous - Avoid at All Costs! This was, hands…read moredown, the worst experience I've ever had with any service. They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. Tried calling, phone doesn't work. Tried messaging, you don't respond. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.

She then sends me the most strategically filmed video of the house, being sure to cut angles and leave big areas out of the video. SEEMED FISHY TO ME!! So I go to the property.... THERE WAS STILL PEE IN THE TOILETS!! Pet hair everywhere. There was dirt all over the base boards, floors, counters, corners. I dont know WTF she did. She then proceeds to harass me demanding to come "fix " the job. I refuse and "fixes" this was done intentionally hoping I wouldnt return to the property to see that nothing was DONE! She then threatened a friend of mine she claims to " know from the streets" !?!?! Excuse me! How ghetto is this woman! DO NOT HIRE HER! RUN!

Truth be told I am barely treading water. Someone once told me that trying to clean a house with little kids in it is like trying to eat Oreos and brush your teeth at the same time. So much truth. Anyway, the littlest was born 2 weeks ago and my husband, fearing for my health and sanity (and probably his own physical safety) all but made me hire a cleaning service. This was not an easy thing for me as we're not the type of people to afford such a luxury; and besides, I can handle everything on my own, thankyouverymuch. So, much to my chagrin, we hire Keeping It Kleen, and they are worth every penny (which is not much compared to other services). They worked quickly and efficiently; I'm not exactly sure how they did what they did in 3 hours. That little bit of time and money was absolutely worth it to make me feel like we've staved off the Health Department for another week, or at least until the other kids come home from school.
